Villa Graziella un pedazo de paraíso

Villa Graziella es de 240 metros cuadrados y se encuentra en un lugar tranquilo, en la colina con vistas a Positano. Desde este pequeño paraíso disfrutarás de una vista increíble y sin obstáculos del mar Mediterráneo y la isla de Li Galli. ¡El azul brillante que te rodea definitivamente te sorprenderá!

¡Pero la vista impresionante es solo una de las muchas razones por las que te enamoras de este lugar!

De hecho, Villa Graziella está rodeada por un increíble jardín, tiene 4 dormitorios y 4 baños (uno con jacuzzi), una sala de estar, un comedor y una cocina totalmente equipada. Todas las habitaciones son amplias y luminosas, decoradas con elegancia. La villa también cuenta con aire acondicionado y wi-fi.

En el exterior, encontrará una relajante piscina SPA con agua salada climatizada y cromoterapia. En la terraza panorámica, hay un solárium, con sombrillas para disfrutar de los días soleados en Positano.

En el jardín, encontrará una zona totalmente equipada con barbacoa y horno de leña, donde, bajo petición, es posible organizar cenas con comida típica de la tradición mediterránea.

Villa Graziella satisface también a los huéspedes que desean sumergirse por completo en la naturaleza y explorar la costa de Amalfi. De hecho, está cerca del famoso Camino de Dios. A solo cinco minutos de la Villa hay una tienda de comestibles y nerby encontrará muchos restaurantes donde podrá degustar los platos locales.

Aunque Villa Graziella está lejos del ruido, el bullicioso centro de Positano está cerca. En solo 10 minutos en coche o autobús local se llega al centro. O bajando a pie la antigua escalera creada hace siglos para disfrutar de impresionantes vistas. Desde la playa principal de Positano, las excursiones a la famosa isla de Capri (hogar del notorio Reglas romanas de Tiberio y Augusto con sus hermosos jardines) se pueden organizar en ferry o barco privado donde se puede nadar en las aguas de la Gruta azul. La famosa ciudad de la costa de Amalfi está bajando la costa en la otra dirección y se puede llegar fácilmente en automóvil, barco o transporte público.

The villa had the most breathtaking views and the property was absolutely beautiful! Our host Clementina was so welcoming, friendly and helpful during our stay. The villa was immaculate and had so many amenities such as an outdoor gym, gardens, multiple viewing decks and lookouts, ice maker, wine refrigerator, too many more to mention! We were a group of 4 couples and everyone agreed our stay was absolutely wonderful! Our host arranged for private transportation into town and even ordered pizza for us one evening. We also took advantage of the in house chef prepared dinner on our arrival evening which was absolutely delicious and perfect for our first night! Very highly recommended!

We are incredibly grateful to Clementina and her family for helping to make our 40th anniversary celebration so special. They went above and beyond to create a special stay at their villa for our family, topped off by an anniversary dinner that was truly magical. From the beginning, Clementina was very responsive and helpful with reservations for dinner and a wonderful boat tour of Capri. Chef Luigi made the most delicious food that we had during our entire time in Italy. He is such a talented chef and even caught our fish dinner that morning! We were amazed at each course that kept coming and coming, including the homemade desserts! Villa Graziella is a special place that is so beautiful overlooking Positano. We never wanted to leave the outdoor patio with the gorgeous flowers and scenery. We could feel the love that Clementina has for her villa and her guests, and her warm hospitality made us feel like family. The beauty of the villa, the kind people, and the incredible food made this an unforgettable vacation for us. Grazie!!

This was a dream vacation that exceeded all of our expectations. The views alone are worth the stay and the property is beautiful - lined with olive and lemon trees. Clementina, our hostess, was exceptional. She was genuinely invested in making our stay seamless by arranging transportation, booking a boat to Capri and recommending restaurants. Where to begin?! Villa Graziella is a special place. And Clementina and her family are special people. The care with which they treat their guests is unparalleled. The accommodations are very comfortable, with loads of amenities that were pleasant surprises. The setting and surroundings of the Villa can’t be replicated. From the terraces and daybeds, to the pool, the gardens, the views…wow, those views!! Absolutely breathtaking. Clementina was lovely to work with as we communicated quite a bit before my family’s arrival, ensuring our stay was smooth and easy. She truly went above and beyond helping me with logistics and booking activities. She arranged for our private boat charter - which was fabulous! She put me in touch with a local transportation service which made getting around Positano a breeze. And she helped with arrangements with Chef Luigi for an unforgettable dinner on the terrace. It was our favorite meal in Italy!! We also enjoyed breakfast prepared by Chef Luigi, and it was equally amazing!!We can’t thank Clementina, Aurelio, and Chef Luigi enough for such a memorable trip in Positano. Highly highly recommend. We’ll be back for sure!

Everything from the moment we arrived until our (very sad) departure, was perfection. Clementina is a host from the heart. Her family home becomes your home. Amazing stay

Clementina, her family and staff made this stay amazing. The house is straight out of a movie or dream and the service was outstanding. Clementina treated our family like family. Our incredible stay Villa Graziella

Villa Graziella is absolutely spectacular. The home is stunningly beautiful, has everything one could possibly need, and is very welcoming. Our host, Clementine, was wonderful and truly made our stay perfect in every way. The Villa was cleaned everyday and our towels were replaced with clean towels daily. The views from the deck were breathtaking! We had fresh eggs every morning from chickens on site. To understand how perfect this home is one must come and stay in it and see first hand. I highly recommend staying at Villa Graziella for an amazing experience in Positano.

Outstanding villa

The home was just beautiful with breathtaking views and everything we needed to make our stay perfect. Carmenita is the ultimate host. She helped arrange a driver from the airport who also drove us into town each day for the beach club. She and chef Luigi made us an amazing 3-course meal the night we arrived complete with champagne and homemade limoncello. She helped arrange a boat tour along the amalfi coast as well. The place was clean and spacious and everything worked perfectly including the AC as it was quite hot outside. We will definitely come back!!

Positano Perfection at Villa Graziella

We (4 adults and 2 kids ages 7 and 9) stayed at Villa Graziella from June 24-28, 2024. It was a vacation of a lifetime. Clementina, the host, is the kindest person ever. She helped us for over a year, from booking to our stay. She answered all our questions and helped plan everything. We felt taken care of before we even got there. When we arrived, Clementina and her daughter Grace were so warm and welcoming. On our first night, Clementina's son Luigi prepared dinner for us. It was out of this world! So much fresh, tasty food that just kept coming. It was quite a way to start our trip! The little touches made our stay even more magical. Clementina brought us milk when we mentioned we needed to get some for breakfast. She made a gorgeous cake and got balloons for our daughter's birthday. We got fresh eggs, homemade orange cake, and limoncello made from villa lemons. They even gave us Prosecco for limoncello spritzes! The villa is stunning. It's high up on a hill, with a view that's nothing short of incredible. There's a bus stop right by it, which made getting to town and the beach easy. The pool is small, but our girls loved it! They swam every day for hours, making it their own little haven. Our stay at Villa Graziella was an absolute dream. Clementina and her family were wonderful hosts who made us feel like family. We hope to come back someday! Thank you, Clementina, for sharing your beautiful home with us. You turned our trip into a memory we'll never forget.

Perfecto! I wish we had more time!

Our stay at Villa Graziella was perfect!! Our host, Clementina, was unbelievably kind and attentive. We communicated before we booked and she answered all of my questions. Once booked, her attention was continued on making sure our stay was fabulous. The villa is gorgeous and spacious for a family/group of friends. I wish we had planned more time to just stay and chill at the villa because it was that beautiful. On our first night, we enjoyed an extravagant dinner made by her son with service from Clementina and her husband. We had meats & cheeses, grilled vegetables, pasta, fish, and a delicious lemon cake. The meal finished with limoncello from their home. Everything was perfect. We proceeded to have breakfast every morning at the villa. It was a perfect start to the day. We chose this villa because it had less stairs than most accommodations in Positano and my father-in-law has a bad back. While the location was beautiful, it was a little challenging to get to/from with the taxis. We did not try the buses as it was raining most of our stay and we tried waiting at the bus stop only to get soaked. I think Taxi’s took advantage that it was a little further from town. The rooms were clean with the most comfortable beds we stayed in throughout our travels. I wish the weather was a bit nicer during our stay to enjoy the pool/jacuzzi but I’m sure it’s a dream in the summer! We would love to stay here again in the future.

Most beautiful place and wonderful hosts

Pictures do not do this place justice! We booked as a family of 8 (4 couples). After we reserved, another family member was able to join us and the hosts graciously allowed us to add a bed. The hosts were very responsive to any question I had prior to travel and during our stay as well. They prepared us dinner the night we arrived and we all loved it so much, we booked them for our last night! Homemade lemon/orange bread, granola, milk, coffee and filtered water was all waiting for us for breakfast. The views were incredible and we felt pampered. You will not regret staying here!

Stunning place!

We loved everything about this place, starting with the views from the terrace are breathtaking! The house is immaculate and beautifully decorated with everything you could ever need! The house is high on a hill, but you can taxi or bus down to the city.

A dream vacation destination

We have been planning this trip for 2 years with very high expectations. Clementina and Aurelio were the best host. Their house is beautiful, clean, and elegant, surrounded by breath taking scenery. Clementina walked us through their home, assuring we would miss nothing nor need anything. The pictures on line are true but yet do not do this home justice. If you are ever wanting a wedding, they even do that. They cooked for us one evening, and it was amazing. They made sure we had a ton of food. Special thank you to Aurelio for taking care of me as he is a nurse. I needed his help after falling down a cliff away from their home. Thank you, the world over, Clementina and Aurelio. You both will always be part of our memories, and your names will be told when we tell everyone about our time in Positano.

Spectacular Villa and Hosts

What an amazing villa located up in the quiet hills of Positano. We were 4 couples and the location, layout and amenities were perfect. 4 bedrooms and baths, the patio overlooking the sea and hills was where we spent most of our time. The pool just off the large patio was wonderful. The property is terraced with gardens where we picked fresh tomatoes and zucchini. There is a little village with restaurants and a market 5 minute walk away. Our host Clementina was beyond wonderful. Her family home is so comfortable because she goes above and beyond to be sure you have everything you need. We had a fantastic fresh dinner at the villa our first night cooked and served by her chef son. Clementina helped us with a driver and dinner reservation during our stay. We can’t say enough about this wonderful place and host!

A great place to stay. Clementina and her husband are the best. They made our stay memorable. The villa is stunning with great views.

A Memorable First Visit to Positano

Villa Graziella was exactly as seen in the photos. The Villa was spotless and very spacious. The outdoor patio offers spectacular views. Clementina was truly the perfect host. She allowed us to drop off our luggage before check in. She was extremely responsive through WhatsApp. Based on other reviews we too booked Luigi to cook in the Villa for us. Wow-There was so much food and all was excellent. Be prepared for a 4 hour feast! We didn’t have car so used the steps(1000+) and bus. The bus schedule is unreliable and sometimes full. A taxi was 60 Euro one way. Overall Villa Graziella was a 10/10!

This property is a special place that cannot be matched. From the views to the vegetable garden and fresh lemons I don’t think this lovely home can be beat. Clementina and Aurelio are amazing people and very helpful. I will be back and highly recommend to all. Every penny was worth it. Vishal

5 days at Villa Grazielle

Above all, the Amalfi coast is absolutely breathtaking and Positano is truly the epicenter of this region. With that said, the property was spectacular.....exceptionally clean and truly great accommodations. We had 7 adults and we never once felt cramped. There are 4 large bedrooms and a spacious living room with oversize sliding doors that overlook the coast. Just incredible views from the terrace. Additionally, there was a wonderful garden with fresh vegetables that we were free to pick. As far as our host, Clementina, she was amazing. Always available with immediate responses to my questions. She baked some wonderful desserts and left them for us daily along with fresh eggs and lemons. I highly recommend staying here!
