Es un apartamento situado en la playa de Positano, a 10 yardas de distancia del mar.

Cerca del apartamento se encuentran los mejores restaurantes de Positano, y bajar las escaleras (12 escaleras) no es un exclusivo bar de vinos donde se puede disfrutar de un aperitivo fantástico en la sombra de las magnolias y luego ir a cenar en uno de los restaurantes que están en un radio de 20 yardas.

Great location for all things! Convenient to catch a taxi, easy access to the beach, right in downtown Positano. Restaurants right down the stairs from apartment and up the stairs from apartment. A lot of options- easy check in and easy check out! Highly recommend! The hosts had great communication every step of the way. VERY easy to get to with luggage from the Ferry terminal in Positano!

Perfect home base to explore Positano and the Amalfi Coast - fully equipped, clean, and comfortable for a family of 4. A couple small grocery stores located nearby (within a few minutes walk). Communication with Edmondo and Costa was superb!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the property and the hosts. Positano is a magical spirited place and this rental is in the heart of the vibrant town. It has incredible natural sunlight all morning and all day. It overlooks, and is steps away from, the best beach, the best restaurants and the tastiest gelato. The home is modern with reliable air conditioning, washer and dryer. Plus, if you want to block out the noise just below coming from the beach town life, hosts Costa and Edmundo installed noise (and sunlight) resistant wood shutters that reliably reduce the town activities one level down. I truly loved waking up to the town central morning activities and going to sleep as the young night revelers hit the town. It was living in the center of town that comes alive in summer with vacationers galore. I'm not always an advocate for rental homes - i like hotels with pools, lobbies and concierge - but this property and these hosts are a rare exception. Full unequivocal endorsement from me. It wouldn't aunthentic if i didnt have a touch of constructive criticism - improve your bed pillows and be more generous with the bathroom towel allotments!

Amazing stay! Perfect location

Me and my family couldn’t have had a better time. I had young kids age 5 and eight, so the location was so critical. No stairs we can just walk outside to all the activities and restaurants. Such a beautiful city and the house was perfect. We will miss it and will come back.

Location location location

This place couldn't be in a better spot to facilitate seeing Positano. It is steps from the beach -- you can see it from the balcony. There are amazing restaurants around the place. It is in the thick of everything so you could definitely hear some of the outside environment at night.. but that's why we chose to stay there (to be close to everything), and we managed totally fine by closing the shutters and using some white noise. The apartment has everything you need, including towels for the beach, kitchen supplies, sheets, pillows, washer/dryer, large bathroom, hot water, etc. The air conditioning was excellent (and beautiful to come home to after a 90 degree day on the beach). Host stayed in touch throughout our arrival (including talking to our driver to make sure she knew exactly where to drop us off), and came to quickly check us out on departure day even though it was 6am. And if you're leaving Positano by ferry... the pickup point is maybe a minute away from the front door. Great place to stay and excellent hosts.

Wonderful stay- perfect location steps from the beach and restaurants. Clean, spacious, comfortable and our host Costanzo was very nice and helpful during our entire stay. I’d absolutely recommend this place and would stay again. The only concern for some may be the noise at night since it’s so centrally located, but it wouldn’t stop me from staying here again as it was manageable.

Great location for families

Villa Costanzo exceeded our expectation during our recent trip in Positano (May 2025).Pros:*Great location to the beach, restaurants, grocery store, nightlife and ferry dock especially if you have trouble with stairs *Very clean and has all the amenities that a family may need including beach towels/umbrella which came in handy for our teenagers*Free Wifi *Host very accommodating and thorough - great driver recommendation to the airport and had a variety of wines available for purchase which was so convenient! Only Con: It was very loud especially Friday/Saturday nights with young people coming from the nightclub. Overall, our family would definitely stay here again because of its proximity to everything despite the noise and will recommend to family and friends!

At the beach w/ espresso, hiking, and fresh fish…

The apartment is right up against the sea. You can commute to the beach in your bare feet and go out to eat or get coffee as well. There’s a bed that is close to a queen size bed in the primary bedroom. I didn’t use the smaller bedroom so I can’t, the shower is as small as a shower can be. If I owned this apartment, I would probably put a bigger shower in. The kitchen goes well equipped, and the views from the dining room and primary were fabulous. Sometimes it’s quiet while you’re sleeping. Sometimes it’s so loud you feel like the whole village is in your apartment with you.

We had a lovely 3 day stay at Villa Costanzo in Positano. The Villa is located a few steps from the ocean. Edmondo & his son Costanzo were always available and in constant communication with us. Check in was very simple. Costanzo was there to assist us with our baggage. The Villa was spotless and easily accommodated the 4 of us (at a very reasonable price)! Our only minor issue was a late night party at the restaurant in the square which was somewhat noisy. Other than that, we would stay there again if we return!

Wonderful apartment with fantastic view

The apartment was just as described. Very spacious in a great location with a gorgeous view. Check in/check out was easy. A/C worked great and the washer /dryer came in handy since it was very hot and humid outside so we went through a lot of clothes. Super convenient location to the ferry dock.

Paradise doesn’t describe this home properly!

This was our third stop and we were ready for a rest- we got it here! The Sea is mere meters away as is amazing food from all of the restaurants within 30 seconds walk! The house is extremely comfortable and the communication with hosts was perfect. We will be back to stay in the future without question! If asked if you want the porters to help with luggage, say yes!

You couldn't ask for a better location. It's right offshore! We walked to restaurants and shops, which were all so close and convenient. It was much more spacious than staying at a hotel. The hosts were kind, professional, and responsive.

Amazing location, Perfect family apartment

Check in and out was a breeze, great communication with Edmondo and his son with assistance on dropoff as well as setting up luggage porters to get luggage down to the beach. The apartment is clean and updated with two beds, two baths, two balconies, kitchen, laundry, blackout shutters and ice cold AC. Has everything couples or families would need for the perfect vacation waking up each day staring at the blue medeteranean. Perfect location steps to great restaurants, shops and the beach. Highly recommend. Most other places you will need to walk a lot of stairs to and from, this is perfect and central, very hard to find.

Great place

Our family of 4 (kids age 11 and 13) stayed at Villa Constanzo for 4 nights. The place had great location, close to the beach, the boats, restaurants, and shopping. It was so nice to look out the windows at the blue sea. There was a heat wave in Italy, so it was also definitely nice to have an air-conditioned haven to return to after adventures. Highly recommended.

Great Place!!!

Really nice place, well appointed and comfortable. Communication with owner was excellent and check-in/out were a breeze. Can't beat the location if you want to be close to the action. Literally just a few steps to the beach and restaurants. Only suggestion I have is if you have heavy bags, use the porter service. It's really cheap and they do a great job. Great place!!

Amazing Location in Positano

Right in the heart of the action of the breathtaking Positano, this apartment is spacious and well located for the beach, ferries, restaurants and shop. No walking 10 minutes down to the beach and then 10 minutes up the stairs and steep hills to get back. ….and what an amazing view to wake up to every morning! We very much enjoyed our stay and the owners/caretakers were very helpful and responsive. Thank you!
