Perched on a dramatic cliffside just 1 km from the heart of Positano, the Villa offers an extraordinary coastal escape, combining authentic Amalfi charm with contemporary comfort. The villa boasts breathtaking panoramic views over the bay of Positano and the Amalfi Coast, an outdoor jacuzzi, lush Mediterranean gardens, and direct access to a secluded public beach via a scenic cliffside pathway.
The internal area is developed on two floors.  All the 5 Bedrooms (double or twin) have ensuite bathrooms, air cond, safe, hair dryer, mosquito nets, iPod docks and a balcony with sea view. The living room is spacious with a panoramic veranda terrace, overlooking the sea. It is furnished with cozy sofas, a large dinner table for the perfect lively dinners together. There is also a large flat screen sat TV, as well as audio / DVD equipment and wireless InternetThe kitchen is adjacent to the living room is of professional quality and is equipped accordingly (cooking utensils, dish washer, oven, microwave, Italian and American coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, freezer). You can enjoy cooking your own meals or hire a professional chef for an entire day or a special event.The Villa is surrounded by beautiful terraces and gardens. Relax in the Jacuzzi or simply laze around in the garden solarium.

From the property you will have a direct access to the sea and to a public beach, partly gravel and partly rocky. You will reach it going down a public walkway that is cut into the rocky cliff and includes approximately 260 stairway steps.
You will be roughly 1 km (0.6 miles) from the center of Positano, a few steps from the stop for the SITA bus and for the local bus and the beach. You will find a number of restaurants at 1 km (roughly 1100 yards) and shops at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile). You will reach the Villa from the street level going down a stairway which consists of approximately 36 steps.
You don't need a car to stay at the Villa. If you do have one, you will be able to park it along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces) or in a private parking lot downtown (where a space can be reserved).
