Villa Positano is at 10 minutes walking from the center of the town allowing for easy connections to all the highlights of the Amalfi coast such as Ravello, Sorrento and Amalfi. Other popular destinations such as Naples, Pompei and Paestum are also easily reachable by private boat, by ferry, or by car. The Amalfi Coast is the stretch of Italian coastline that runs between Naples and Salerno. The area is renowned for its beauty, its hospitality, its traditional cuisine, and its charm. The most famous centers of the Amalfi Coast are above all Amalfi, Ravello, and Positano. Each one of these towns has its own unique sites, traditions, and special recipes. Amalfi, is the very heart of the Amalfi Coast, used to be the city where the dukes of 'Malfi managed politics and economics from the time of the early Renaissance. Positano is the most chic location on the coast in last 60 years.
Villa Positano is an incredible 6 bedrooms property of approx. 450 sqm overlooking the sea coast. The gate of the property will introduce you on the parking (suitable for 2 cars) unusual for Positano. Coming down you'll enter into a little paradise of shining flowers, yellow lemon trees and gorgeous views of the sea. The property is based on many levels filled by small terraced gardens, nice spots, plants and several terraces. After about 50steps you'll enter into a lounge area where you can enjoy a 180°view of the Coast. The furnishings are in modern style and are of excellent quality.
The main access is from the third level, where are 3 double bedrooms each with own bathroom with shower, 2 of them have access onto a panoramic terrace.
On the second level (20 steps lower) you have the main terrace, equipped with elegant lounges and armchairs designed by Philip Stark. Here is a delight to read a book, have a drink or enjoy a typical dinner in front of the bay of Positano. The large terrace give access on a living-room area, furnished with Mediterranean and really modern style furniture and light linen tapestries made of natural fabric, large windows from where you can enjoy a magnificent scenario. On the same floor there are: a spacious living-room with a modern and well equipped kitchen designed by Miele with a classic pizza oven and a modern induction oven, a dining room, 1 bathroom with washbasin, 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms all with shower (1 with access to a panoramic terrace).
On the ground floor take place 1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower, a Spa area with jacuzzi and steam room and access to the panoramic garden.
All the bedrooms in the villa have a sea view and  are tastefully furnished and air conditioned
There is also an elevator, connecting the three levels of the house up and the parking area. The high-end quality of this property is reflected in every detail
