Casa Bellevue is a luxury holiday home, set in the heart of Positano,
It is tastefully furnished and it features terracotta floor tiles and all kind of comforts for a relaxing stay to enjoy in absolute privacy.
The house boasts amazing views of the sea, the beach of Fornillo and Li Galli islets, which formerly belonged to the famous choreographer Leonide High and afterwards the Russian dancer Rudolf Nureyev.

Casa Bellevue is just 40 steps from the main road where you will find a newsagent, supermarket, pharmacy, bus stop and a good choice of restaurants.
The beaches can be easily reached walking down from the main road or the stairway, which leads you in a few minutes down to the dock.

The house spreads over two floors, on the upper floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, crockery, a living room with a sofa and armchairs, a dining area with fireplace, one double bedroom and one bathroom with shower.
This floor gives onto the panoramic terrace provided with garden furnishings, benches with cushions, a large table with chairs set under a gazebo shaded by wisteria, ideal for having al fresco dining, breakfast in the morning, or for sipping an aperitif admiring the stunning view.
The lower floor is home to a double bedroom, a bathroom with a bath tub and a further bedroom with a sofa bed and en suite bathroom with shower.
This room has no windows it has air conditioning.

In the rental price are included bed linen and bath towels changed weekly.
The price does not include the final cleaning (200 € per stay).

Finally, the property is provided with a garage that can be booked in advance (price € 40,00 per day).

Rental Rules:
A 30% deposit is required upon confirmation. The balance is due within 60 days prior to arrival.
A cash refundable deposit of € 500 is required upon arrival, it will be returned upon departure less any charge in case of damage to the property.
Check-In is from 15.00 to 19:00 (after this time there is an extra fee).
EUR 20 from 20:00 to 22:00 hrs;
EUR 30 from 22:00 to 24:00 hrs.
Check-Out is by 10:00 am.
Prices include taxes, cleaning costs upon arrival, wi-fi, electricity, bed linens and towels.

Extra cost to be paid upon arrival:
Final cleaning € 200 per week
City tax: from 1st April to 31st October € 2,50 per person (from 10 years onwards) per day.
Garage (on request): € 40,00 per day (small/medium sized cars).
