Casa Maiore (75 sqm) develops over one level.

A staircase consisting of 70 steps leads you from the main street to the house. Inside, you will discover a bright, open-plan living room featuring sofas, a dining table accommodating six people, and a well-equipped kitchen.

In the sleeping area, there is a double bedroom equipped with a double bed, TV, air conditioning, and heating, along with an ensuite bathroom featuring a hydro massage shower, washbasin, bidet, and toilet. Additionally, there is a second double bedroom with a double bed, TV, air conditioning, and heating, complemented by a separate bathroom containing a hydro massage shower, washbasin, bidet, and toilet.

In the outdoor area, the house features a spacious sun terrace shaded by olive trees, complete with a dining table for six, a BBQ, an outdoor shower, and sun loungers. From here, you can enjoy a breath-taking view of the sea.
