Historic villa overlooking the splendid gulf of Positano, which belonged to the Pignatelli della Leonessa princes and later to Cesare Giulio Viola, writer and set designer of famous 20th century directors, including Vittorio De Sica, for whom he took care of the set design of the film "Sciuscià" which won also the Oscar.

Today the villa, which has always been frequented by artists, writers and philosophers, after a careful renovation that has preserved the original structure, respecting the Positano style, has opened its doors to those who want to spend a holiday dedicated to tranquility and worldliness.

The villa, located in the center of the village, is located in a quiet position in Positano on Via Fornillo, and is accessible without steps, which is rare in Positano!

Through a welcoming green gate, guests are ushered into a lush garden scented with orange blossom and bougainvillea flowers, with furnished living spaces, to ensure a perfect relaxing holiday.

The garden leads to a large living room, the dining area and the adjoining kitchen.
Each room is furnished in perfect Positano style and with antique and valuable furniture.
On the upper floors, which can be accessed via a staircase delightfully covered with Vietri ceramics, there are 2 double bedrooms, a triple bedroom and a smaller bedroom with a French bed suitable for children but complete with all comforts, all with private bathroom , terraces and sea view.
The villa is equipped with air conditioning, TV, Wifi, microwave and traditional oven, linen, hairdryer, washing machine, room cleaning.

Access to children under the age of 13 is allowed only with the parents' signature of the DECLARATION OF RELEASE OF LIABILITY to be sent with the booking. Without the release, access to the house is not permitted. The house is equipped with stairs and low railings with seating.
