Cozy weekend get away, 5 mins from downtown Portsmouth.

This clean, cozy1-bedroom apartment has everything you need for a stay in lovely Portsmouth, NH. The apartment has new floors, granite kitchen countertop, appliances, bathroom fixtures and fresh paint. New furnishings and linens. The bedroom features a queen size bed with new mattress and box springs – not too soft, not too firm.


The bathroom has a full shower/tub with paraben free Ginger Lily coco mango shampoo, aloe vera moisturizing conditioner, and botanical nourishing body wash provided.

The living room has a new leather, queen sleeper sofa. The full kitchen has a microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, bullet and more. Desk area for working at home.

The property has wireless internet, smart TV, washer/dryer, and AC. The best feature is the private outdoor deck which abuts tidal waterfront and a park! The deck is the perfect spot for waking up over cups of coffee and tea or winding down at the end of the day with a cocktail!

Due to COVID-19, we block out a 24-hr period following each booking to prevent back to back stays so that we can thoroughly air out and disinfect the property. All surfaces are cleaned with disinfectant and all linens and bedding washed.

This property is conveniently located near all major entrances into Portsmouth.

Free, off-street parking is available to guests and the property is only a short 5 min walk to downtown Portsmouth. Come, park your car, and enjoy all the dining, shopping, history, and culture Portsmouth has to offer!

Despite the ongoing bridge construction right next door, the apartment rooms are quiet and comfortable. Laundry in unit is a bonus - as is the kitchen, which is updated and well equipped for cooking there if you care to. Restaurants and shops are only a short walk away in town. Location is also an easy drive to any places, be it in NH, North Eastern MA or even ME. Air conditioning has been relocated to front room - making it quieter than when located in bedroom. Great place to stay.

Sisters getaway

Nice apartment, great location

The apartment is very comfortable, with nice decor, & good amenities, nice water view. We instantly felt right at home! Plenty of closets/storage/hangers. Very nice linens & towels. Location is great for pleasant walking to most everything. Our hostess, Elizabeth, is very helpful & responsive. Of note for other visitors: major work started on the bridge to the main part of town; so there's good signage for driving detours to get to the apartment. Walking over the bridge is OK, though, & Uber had no problem with detours.

This location was at a great spot, close to many amenities and was very easy to get to! The apartment was nice and clean, well organized and very nice inside. Plenty of parking spots that were maintained even after we were snowed in! The owner of the property was fantastic and very responsive. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot for that price point, and it’s safe to say that we will be back at some point!

Perfect place for a Portsmouth getaway

This is my fourth year staying here, great walking access to downtown Portsmouth and easy driving distance to everywhere else in the area. Property Manager is a pleasure to deal with, apartment is well equipped and well kept up. Only trouble is that Every time I go there I wish I could stay longer!

Worked out great!

The location of the condo was perfect. Even tho there was construction(not loud) on the bridge, there was still a sidewalk open which allowed us to walk to downtown and I was able to walk to the wedding at AC Marriott. This was perfect for my husband, child and me. The place was exactly what we expected and exactly how it is listed. The location exceeded expectations!

Perfect place for exploring Portsmouth

My husband and I loved this property and its location. We parked our car when we checked in and never used it again until we departed. We were able to walk and explore so much! We did a Harbor Cruise and the Strawberry Banke Museum. Both were great! The place is clean and the host is very responsive. Will definitely stay again if the opportunity presents itself.
