Discover the ultimate beach getaway at our privately owned, two-bedroom condo that comfortably accommodates six guests. Located just one block from the vibrant Hampton Beach Boardwalk, Richmond Suites puts you right in the heart of the action and excitement.

Our second-floor end unit offers an open-concept design with two spacious bedrooms and a full bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen comes complete with a gas range, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee pot, and all the serving utensils, pots & pans, and place settings you need for six people. Enjoy modern comforts like central air, WiFi, and flat-screen TVs in the living room and bedrooms. Convenience is key with coin-operated laundry facilities on-site and complimentary parking for one vehicle.

Unit Features:

2 Bedrooms: One Bedroom with a queen-size bed and the 2nd bedroom with two queen-size beds. Comforters, blankets and pillows provided, you bring sheets/towels.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils.

Amenities: Flat-screen TVs, WiFi, central heat/air conditioning, and on-site coin-operated laundry.

Supplies: Starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, basic cleaning supplies, and BEDSPREADS & BLANKETS PROVIDED.. BRING YOUR OWN LINENS/TOWELS, and personal items. Linens and towels may be added for an additional charge.

Parking: Enjoy the ease of complimentary parking for one vehicle. Additional paid public parking is conveniently located right across the street.

Step out onto the small balcony to soak in the sights along Ashworth Avenue and the serene marsh views beyond—perfect for sunsets and people-watching. While not directly on the waterfront, you're just a block away from the sand, surf, and all the boardwalk attractions.

Perfect location for easy access to the beach and Ocean Blvd. Very responsive management company. Had one small issue that was resolved in a few hours. Condo kitchen was very well appointed. Furniture was a tad uncomfortable but it was pull outs for extra bed so that’s expected. Enjoyed my stay there.

It feel short

I overall had an idea of Hampton beach seeing that I am from Amesbury, but staying here wasn’t really family friendly nor honestly worth it. The apartment was pleasant but outdated furniture, and terrible mattresses made it a bit uncomfortable. The comforters supplied were dirty as well. I felt like I need to clean all of items extra when I got home. Hampton was also to party focused to bring children, not to mention the chaos involved in the holiday.

It was the BEST!

This was one of the BEST places we have stayed at and this was our 18th consecutive “vacation” at Hampton Beach! It had all we needed. It was clean. Nice kitchen. Comfortable bed. We would love to go back!

Perfect size for our family of 4. Easy walk to beach and strip...only negative a little noisy at night and early morning. Kids enjoyed doing the puzzle until there was 1 piece missing... haha. We would stay again.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour au Richmond Suites.

L'emplacement est très bien, par contre nous aurions aimé avoir une galerie plus grande pour pouvoir s'asseoir dehors plus souvent. Tous les appareils fonctionnaient très bien et nous étions confortables dans l'appartement en tout temps.

Nice location -tough noise level for kids

We enjoyed this apartment very much. It was a great size and only a short walk to the beach. The noise level at night was difficult for the kids since the place is on the corner. Otherwise we liked it very much.

Great location!

Location, location, location! -1-2 minutes walk from all the restaurant, activities and beach. -The manager of the rental was very responsive, very nice and quick to respond. -Location could of been a tiny bit cleaner (the bathroom and the kitchen table/tablemat specifically) ; but either than that, rental was clean. -Would recommend this location to anyone that has to stay in this area. :)

Happy Hampton House

Loved this property! Location was PERFECT. We walked everywhere and literally never used my car all week. Condo is very clean, lots of natural light, and cute little porch area to yourself. They have brand new Roku TVs in living room and both bedrooms. Wifi was strong and convenient trash, recycling and laundry on premise. My only feedback would be mattress toppers for the beds, they were a bit stiff… but not a deal breaker, as we’d love to come back again next summer. Thanks for a great week making family memories!

Great family vacation

We have been coming to Hampton Beach for a family vacation for over 35 years with my kids. Now the family has expanded , and we have moved on to two bedroom condos and this is the most spacious one we found so far. We were extremely happy and had a wonderful time! Plan to come back next year

A great week

Our stay was very enjoyable the rental was very spacious, comfortable and clean. Very close to beach, restaurants and boardwalk. Only suggestion maybe better tv channel selections on the rainy nights when you just wanted to stay in. Everything else was great. Would recommend this rental.

Great rental and location!!

4 adults stayed very comfortably here. Great location to the beach and boardwalk. One parking space available but parking right across the street. Would definitely rent again. Deb was a pleasure to deal with.

Amazing week

We had a great week! The location is perfect, short walk to everything. Very clean when we arrived, Debbie is very responsive. The main bedroom mattress was uncomfortable the first night but we were able to grab a foam topper at wal-mart. Overall a great week!
