Enjoy stunning unobstructed view of ocean from this new condo on 2 nd floor by boardwalk. Built in 2020. This is a Spacious unit of 700+ sq ft which is furnished. Its has 1 bed room and den and bath. Relax with whole family on large deck with beautiful views of ocean , beach and board walks.

This is a Beautiful oceanfront condo featuring granite countertops in kitchen & baths, hardwood, tile flooring ,in-unit laundry, work station if you choose to work from home and one reserved parking! Family and kid friendly. Please do reach out for alternate check in and check out dates, might be able to accommodate.

3 smart tv, log in with your subscription. One free deeded parking space with booking. For extra cars there is paid garages nearby.

Please note association policy no pets. so, no exceptions. No smoking anywhere in the property.

The condo was just as pictured and beautiful! Directly across from the beach which was easy to access. Our parents in their mid-80s came to visit for a week, they used to have a place on North Beach and they were so happy to be here. Everything was as they remembered which made their stay even better! And the walk to the band stand was easily managed with their walkers.Thank you for the use of your beautiful home on the Sea Shore!

Easy check in and access . Condo was very clean and well stocked with necessary kitchen items. Arun communicated as he stated he would with timely and informative information including a welcome guide. We will be back for sure !

Great Family Stay at Hampton Beach

The family had a wonderful time a the rental and enjoy the entire experience!!! Great sunrises, easy access to the beach where we met up with other family members who were staying the next street over. saved some money by making our own breakfasts. Learned that I don't need top over pack as the washer/drier were perfect.

Wonderful Stay at Oceanfront Condo

The family had a wonderful time in the condo. Great location!!!! Set up was complete. AC was super cold until we figured how to turn it down, but it was needed as it was a very hot start to the week. Would definitely come back!!! Thanks Arun!!!!

Our condo was literally right across from the beach!! The views of the ocean were spectacular! Awesome for watching the sunrise. Also fortunate to have a full moon reflecting on the water in the evenings.

My stay

Very good except told we couldn't bring our service dog and then very upset that we saw countless numbers of dogs,home owners association should be aware of this and that the law states service dogs go anywhere,very disappointed. And that people were smoking next door to us as I heard her son tell her to stop but yet everyone got the email and from the beach we could see towels hanging b g from balconies. I don't have a problem following rules bit everyone has to do the same.we washed all sheets and towels and folded and scribed the floors and fridge as appropriate. Thank you

Lovely stay

The unit is very nice. The location is unbeatable. Easy access. Owner very communicative. Fireworks were fun to watch. Walking distance to entertainment and restaurants. Other than the noise on the weekends everything else is ideal.

Loved it!

Location, location, location! Even though we didn't have the best weather, we loved being able to sit on the deck and watch the waves on the beach. The condo was so clean and had everything we needed - including beach chairs, towels and linens. We can't wait to return!

Nice place!

We stayed for three nights over 4th of July weekend. The place was very clean and the location was perfect. Walking distance to nice restaurants and right across the street from the beach! Having the fireworks launched right outside our balcony was a bonus! We left early because of the lousy weather forecast but I would definitely return! It was a lovely place to return to after a long day of sightseeing!

Perfect Beach Escape

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was ideal, with amazing views of the shoreline and beach access just accords the street. The location was perfect, being right on Ocean blvd, close to the boardwalk, but just far enough from the bustle of activity. Upon arrival we were thrilled to find that the unit was immaculate, and had all of the amenities that you could ask for. The beds were quite comfortable and the living space was comfortably furnished. We watched fireworks from the balcony on Wednesday night, which was a real treat for the whole family. We will certainly keep this property in our short-list for future getaways. Thank you Arun for providing a seamless rental process!

Our stay exceeded our expectations-- the condo was immaculate; the bed was very comfortable; the view was AMAZING! You couldn't get any closer to the beach. Listen to the ocean waves...the perfect beach location!

Arun’s Hampton Beach condo was the perfect getaway for our family of 4. The location was amazing and directly across the street from the beach entrance. So easy to run up to the condo to grab lunch or use the bathroom. And with two little ones with us it was a quick walk right over to the super clean beach. Arun’s condo was bight and welcoming and beautifully decorated. It was very clean and well organized with all of the kitchen items, linens, and extras we needed. The deck had plenty of space for the 4 of us to have breakfast or watch the sunset. The beds were very comfy and clean. Check in and check out we’re a piece of cake and Arun was readily available to Answer questions through the app.We would love to return!

Look No Further!

Wow! If there ever there was a perfect listing... this one from Arun and family is it. Close to the beach, easy parking, extremely clean, coffee, well appointed from linens and beach towels, a fun puzzel for a rainy day, to beach chairs, kids cups, wine glasses, shot glasses and everything in between including just enough toys to help entertain my 4 year old son between making snacks and getting back to the beach. The layout of the condo was perfect as one would expect from a newly constructed building, the in wall built-ins for clothing storage helped to keep the bedrooms clean and organized. Oh and of course last but certainly not least...the view everyday is stunning. I cannot wait to return for a longer stay next time. Thanks for sharing your home Arun.
