Oliverball Serviced Apartments – Harold House is a modern and spacious 4-bedroom 3-bathroom house situated in the heart of Southsea. With 4 generous bedrooms, 1 family bathroom, and 2 En-suite shower rooms, it can comfortably accommodate 12 guests when making use of both sofa bed in downstairs living area.

Complete with spacious open plan kitchen and dining area and enclosed garden with seating for 8. Located just a short walk from the city centre providing excellent access to local amenities and attractions.
This recently renovated property has all that you need when staying away from home.
Bright and spacious living spaces which are perfect socialising and enjoying some down time.

Traveling with young children? We have you covered, so you don’t have to pack everything but the kitchen sink. There’s a travel cot, children’s tableware and cutlery in the property, as well as highchairs and stairgates available, if requested in advance.
Parking permits provided free of charge for on street parking.

Beach is just 15-minute walk away, so you don’t have to worry about driving. Less than a minutes’ walk away is Albert Road with variety of independent restaurants and shops. We have created a list of recommended restaurants for you, so you can enjoy the best restaurants and bars in Southsea and surrounding areas.

The open plan living space is perfect for kicking back in and relaxing on the sofa while watching your favourite programmes on the smart flat screen TV or enjoying a meal all together at the large dining table that comfortably sits 8 people.

A well-equipped kitchen is suitable to cook the majority of dishes with plenty of pots, pans, crockery.
The bright and spacious kitchen is perfect for cooking with colleagues, friends and family. It is also equipped with a Nescafé compatible coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave with coffee pods, coffee, tea, sugar and milk sachets to get you started, so you don’t have to run to the shop as soon as you check in.

Here at Oliverball Serviced Apartments we have simple and convenient self-check-in process, available between 15:00 - 22:00.
Following the successful completion of our pre-arrival requirements, you will receive detailed check-in instructions 24 hours prior to your arrival time.
If the option to check in early or check out later is available, we can accommodate this from £15 per hour. Please ask our customer services for more details.

Harold House is in a residential area. STRICTLY NO PARTIES ALLOWED. Quiet hours apply between 21:00 and 07:00. Where we (or our representatives or local authorities) are required to attend site to disperse a party we reserve the right to charge £400 to cover the cost of attendance.
At Harold House parking permits are provided for on street parking in MC zone.

Neighbourhood description
Just 15 mins walk to Southsea Beach, South Parade Pier and Canoe Lake which is a great area if you have kids with you.
It’s less than 1 minutes’ walk to the bustling Albert Road with its vast selection of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, an eclectic mix of boutique shops and the beautiful Kings Theatre and the Wedgewood Rooms (live music venue).
Just a 10 min drive or taxi ride gets you to the Historic Dockyard where you can see the Mary Rose, HMS Victory and HMS Warrior plus a host of other exhibitions and to Gunwharf Quays - designer outlet shopping, plus more restaurants and bars, cinema and bowling alley. Also in close proximity is Southsea Castle, D-Day Museum, Royal Marines Museum, Natural History Museum, Blue Reef Aquarium, Clarence Pier (amusement park), Southsea Common and the Skate Park.

Great open space property with lots of light.. very close to local shops and restaurants with a short walk to the beach.. Access to the propert was easy and had a very comfortable stay.. Highly recommend and I do look forward to staying there again..
