Cozy New England Beach Cottage with Private Beach & Boat Ramp, Incredible Views

“The Beach House” is a beautifully quaint beachfront cottage with direct beach access and private boat ramp featuring incredible views of Sakonnet Bay. As you wake up to the gorgeous sunset, enjoy your morning coffee or tea inside of our newly remodeled screened in porch, or while taking a stroll on the private beach.
During your stay, use of our kayak, canoe, and water floats are included and encouraged! Have a boat or jet ski? Bring it!

Our full kitchen comes equipped with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, and anything else you’ll need to make breakfast, lunch, and dinner, along with a grill outside. There are two nearby markets if you need to shop for groceries, as well as many restaurants that deliver if you don’t feel like cooking. You’ll never have to leave the comfort of this home if you choose not to. However, if you do, there is plenty to do between here and Newport, which is only 15 minutes away!

The cottage sleeps 6 people comfortably in 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom features a queen sized bed, the second has a bunk style bed with a twin on top with a full sized futon on the bottom, while the third bedroom features a twin sized bed. There is extra room in the living room to put an air mattress overnight if necessary. We do have three air conditioners if you would prefer that over the cool breezes from the bay, please request them prior to your stay or call or text us
if it gets too hot for you and we could have them installed for you. But opening the front windows and the screen door to the offers a wonderfully cool breeze throughout the day. There is a pellet stove just in case it gets too chilly on the water to keep you toasty warm. Linens, pillows, & towels are provided, however, you are welcome to bring your own.
At night, enjoy watching the boats go by while sitting around the fire-pit roasting marshmallows and making long lasting memories.
Bring your own boat, the ramp can fit small boats up to about a 16 foot boat. There are other boat ramps close by if your boat is larger than that. Enjoy the Bay to the wide open ocean to Newport RI or Providence RI. Make your stay enjoyable at the Jazz or Folk Festivals The Boat show is also happening in Newport Check to see what is happening due to Covid-19 lots of festivals have cancelled.
