STAY Newport proudly presents Better Together- From its Portsmouth hillside, this coastal cottage opens to a rare sweep of Narragansett Bay’s East Passage, from Prudence Island to Bristol Harbor and the red barns at Carnegie Abbey. While outdoor space has a built-in grilling station and hot tub.
The Space:
The main level brings the water into daily view without making the house feel overly formal. The kitchen and dining area connect with the bay-facing living room, giving guests an easy central place for meals, planning the day, or returning from time on the coast. Light interiors keep the seaside character present throughout the home, while traditional New England detailing gives the cottage its sense of place.
