Another Slice Of Paradise At Hampton Beach

Located at the center of all that Hampton Beach has to offer, only steps away from the award winning beach, make this 600 sq. ft. ocean view, 3rd floor, end unit Suite, all yours, for your next wicked awesome NH Seacoast vacation. The location is unbeatable, believe me!

The NRDC (Natural Resources Defense Council) named Hampton Beach, NH a “Superstar Beach” every year since 2009! The NRDC also named Hampton Beach, NH one of the top 3 cleanest beaches in the country; the other two were in Southern California and Hawaii!

This delightful and charming Suite has two sliders that lead out to your own private deck. Not only can you see the ocean from within the condo, you are so close, you can hear and smell the cool ocean breeze! The condo sleeps 4, one bedroom with a queen and there is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There is one assigned parking spot (covered), and a shared grill located next to the patio area, great for cooking to cut back on eating out expenses. Clean comfy beds, plentiful dishes, and other utensils, all provided, with so many more surprises to make your stay the best possible experience ever. Linens available upon request ($20-fee). You're going to want to come back, over and over again, trust me.

Worth the trip from anywhere, this location is ideal, you are 2 minute to the sand (seriously 2 minutes, I timed it myself). Since the unit is at the top of the strip, you really get the best of both worlds. Short walk to the Casino Ballroom and strip, not to mention a spectacular view for the fireworks. There are tons of restaurants to choose from and right next door to the Ashworth Hotel Restaurant which has excellent food. Or, you can bring and cook your own food as the kitchenette will accommodate nicely. The location is very convenient with easy on/off highway access, and close to Market Basket (local grocery store) or Super Walmart, just 6 miles away. You are able to easily get on the highway without driving down the strip, avoiding much of the daily beach congestion.

Sorry, no smoking, and four legged furry friends are not allowed. There is coin operated laundry and also a convenience store on site.

As soon as we opened the door, we were pleasantly surprised with the gleaming hardwood floors and the beautiful ivory bedroom furniture. You can tell right away that this place is well taken care of. When we walked into the next room, we were blown away with the gorgeous view of the ocean from the three windows. Even if we sat down on the couch, we could still have a perfect view of the ocean. I especially loved the private balcony with the ocean view. The place was absolutely spotless and everything was shiny. It is decorated in a nautical theme. The location is absolutely incredible. It was so convenient to walk across the street to the beach and it was steps from the boulevard. Our parking space was also under a cover so our car stayed cool and we could use that as storage for our beach chairs. My children said numerous times that we really lucked out with this place. We didn’t get to use the pool, but it looked very clean and private. We only saw one person in it at one point. The air conditioning also worked great. I’ve stayed at many places at Hampton over the years and this place was the best by far. I will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay

This was our first time using VRBO and it was an excellent choice! Location was perfect, parking spot was convenient and the place itself was clean and spacious. Michael, the host, confirmed right away and his instructions were very clear. We did not have any issues with our stay. Only thing to note are the stairs going up to the rental. The last step on the first flight up is not the same size as the others and I ended up taking a fall up the stairs. Knowing that, I was extra careful going forward. Obviously no fault of the owner but just wanted to mention it.

Perfect Location

We have stayed in this complex several times before but our first time in this unit. The location is absolutely perfect - across from the beach without being directly on the main strip. One of the few locations with a pool, which is covered and heated so you can still take a swim even if the weather is inclement! Walking distance to everything so you can park and walk everywhere for your stay if you wish. This unit is larger than most other units in the building and has a beautiful view of the beach out of the window and deck with 2 deck entrances. The side deck is also nice and private compared to other units in the building. The unit was clean and well equipped. We absolutely loved it and will definitely be back for future trips!

The host is very attentive and promptly answers all questions. The property is very clean and just as described in the listing. It’s an end unit on the top floor so we never heard any noise from the neighbors. Can’t beat the location, everything is within walking distance. Having a dedicated off street parking space is definitely a bonus. We will book this property again next time we return to Hampton Beach.

We love this property!

We have stayed in various units of this property over the years and we return year after year because we love the location! Easy access to the beach, easily walkable to some of our favorite shops and dining venues. Super easy to get on and off the beach from here too! This being the fourth unit that we have stayed in at this property I can tell you that this was an absolutely delightful space and the host was extremely communicative both before and during our stay! We would stay here again without hesitation!

Center of Everything

This was a great little spot that was within walking distance of pretty much anything you would want to do in the Hampton Beach area. It was the perfect size for our family of three and had everything that we needed for the three nights that we were there. I will say it was a bit noisy being right on the strip but we know that Hampton Beach can be crowded and noisy. The unit came with black out curtains but the lights at night did still shine in some, again we knew this from reading other reviews. I would say if it is something you were worried about to pack a sleep mask and some ear plugs. I slept great using both, and I am a light sleeper. Property was very clean and communication with Michael was great! We took advantage of the pool and the grill which were also nice amenities to have if you just wanted a down day.

Emplacement parfait pour nous!

Avec une petite-fille de 5 ans, l'emplacement était parfait car à 5 minutes à pied de la plage. Nous avons profité de la piscine chauffée et du bain tourbillant après les baignades à la mer. L'appartement #33 était particulièrement bien éclairé et donnait, au loin, vue sur la mer. Nous avions apporté une petite couverte pour mettre sur la fenêtre de la porte d'entrée car elle laisse passer trop de clarté la nuit. Nous avions lu ce commentaire précédemment et cela nous a été utile. Ce séjour correspondait à nos attentes.

Great location

This property is in an ideal location in relation to the beach. The only complaint is that it is noisy (no fault of the property owner) but is by a highly traveled street and there are many motorcyclists. Something to be aware of with small children. Overall, we went to enjoy the beach and having this property so close to the beach made our stay sandy and enjoyable.

Can’t beat the location! Literally a stone throw away from the beach, which was perfect because we had to haul all the family beach gear back and forth. Communication and check-in were also great! The outdoor lights are bright, as mentioned in other reviews. We came equipped with a blackout curtain for the front door which helped a lot. We also travelled with a one year old crawler. His knees and hands were black within minutes of arriving and crawling. We wiped the floor with a baby wipe after he dropped a snack and it was black. While the place itself was clean, the floors definitely need a good scrub. Overall would absolutely recommend for location and ease!

The property was very nice. Great location. The owner provided all information needed in a timely manner. The bed, futon and seep sofa were not very comfortable but that is to be expected. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to visit Hampton Beach.

Incredible location

We were blown away by the location as well as the property itself. Ideal to park and walk to shops and restaurants. The condo has everything you need to be comfortable. Wonderful views. Can't say enough good things! It was my spouse, myself and our infant and it was perfect for us. Would recommend.

Walking distance to everything.

Location of this condo is perfect. It was clean and had everything we needed. The downside for us was the parking & check-in time being very late in afternoon. We typically have 2 cars and only parking for one car. Parking lots across the street but it was $10 a day. Opted for free park & ride about 7 mins down road. Otherwise great spot for a vacation.

The condo was lovely, actually better in person than the pictures! My family enjoyed our stay. Michael was helpful and responsive when we had questions. The condo community was very welcoming to our whole family. We would love to stay again.
