Villa Fiorita (a diferencia de las otras casas que se proponen como cercanas al mar y que en cambio con la dificultad de acceso y estacionamiento en Portovenere hace que el descenso al mar y el regreso a casa sea difícil y agotador) es la única villa en Portovenere que Está directamente en el mar con una playa en frente. Puedes ver a los niños nadando en el mar y puedes relajarte cómodamente en las tumbonas de las amplias terrazas.
El apartamento en el primer y último piso de la villa tiene una sala de estar con sofá cama, cocina, 2 dormitorios, 2 baños y otra habitación con ducha se encuentra en la terraza superior en absoluta privacidad.
Como puede ver en las fotografías, la Villa tiene amplias terrazas con vistas al mar equipadas con columpios, tumbonas y tumbonas.
El aparcamiento privado está disponible bajo petición por una tarifa, que es muy difícil de encontrar en Portovenere.
En pocos minutos, un agradable paseo lo llevará al centro histórico de Portovenere con las iglesias, casas, castillos y supermercados característicos. Sin embargo, a pocos metros de la casa hay restaurantes, bares y tiendas de alimentación.

Como puede ver en las fotos, la Villa cuenta con amplias terrazas con vistas al mar equipadas con mecedoras, camas y sillas.
También está disponible, previa solicitud, un aparcamiento privado. ¡Esta instalación es muy difícil de encontrar en Portovenere!
En unos minutos, un agradable paseo lo llevará al centro histórico de Portovenere, donde encontrará antiguas iglesias, casas y un castillo. Cerca de la casa se encuentran restaurantes, bares y tiendas de alimentación.

Great location and amazing views

My family of four (includes two middle school aged children) had an incredible time in Portovenere. The flat is within walking distance of all of the shops and restaurants but far enough away that you can appreciate the quiet and breathtaking views. The beach is literally across the street which was really convenient. We spent most of our day away from the apartment, but it had all the amenities you would need. The second shower is actually not in the flat but up on the second veranda (yes, there are two balconies) but we actually liked using it as it still felt private and was more spacious. The hosts were responsive to any questions and made check-in and out very easy. The flat is on the smaller side but if the weather is right, you will want to spend most of your time on the veranda taking in the amazing views or out and about enjoying the city. There are also a lot of steps to get up to the flat so depending on age of kids or and any issues with stairs, just know there are quite a few steps to manage. Great experience overall.

Perfect location

This was the perfect spot for our family of four to stay in Portovenere. It’s just a short walk down to the public beach, or into town, but it feels still feels like a peaceful retreat. We loved sitting on the patio watching the boats below us. Portovenere is a great place to stay if you are considering visiting Cinque Terre; a boat departs from Portovenere and a daily pass will enable you to stop at all of the towns except Corniglia (which is on a hill without a dock). It’s also a lovely place to spend a few days swimming, walking up to Castle Doria and San Pietro, and enjoying the restaurants. The house is not big, but has everything you need to be comfortable, and Sandro and Patrizia were very responsive and helpful. (If I had one request to make, I only wished for an espresso machine in the kitchen.). We greatly enjoyed our stay.

Prime Portovenere overlooking the Ligurian Sea

We were 2 moms and 3 sons- and had the most delightful stay here. Sandro was quick to respond to all, met us personally at the property . The condo is well appointed with 1 bedroom facing the sea and another with 2 bathrooms & small kitchen , but the best is the terrace!!! we spent hours looking at the boats, ships, yachts, coming and going. This is a GREAT option to stay and experience Cingue Terre without all the people. We will go back and stay longer next time. Thank you Sandro! Ciao a& arrivederci! Traumhafter Ausblick

Die Lage direkt am Strand, auf einem Hügel mit atemberaubendem Ausblick ist einfach konkurrenzlos! Die Wohnung hat einen traumhaften Ausblick von der Terrasse, dem Wohnzimmer und einem der beiden Schlafzimmer. Eine Etage höher ist noch eine sehr große Terrasse mit einem noch besseren Ausblick, großem Tisch, kleinem Tisch, drei Liegen, die wir auch am Abend genutzt haben. Der mediterrane Zugang über die Treppe und die Terrassen erfreuen mit schöner und sehr gepflegter Bepflanzung. Die Wohnung selbst ist nicht allzu groß für 5 Personen, die Küche ist klein, aber man findet dort alles, was man braucht, genug Teller, Gläser usw. Das Haus ist schon etwas älter aber gemütlich eingerichtet, sauber und wir können es wärmstens empfehlen. Ein paar Meter vom Haus entfernt gibt es Restaurants, Foccaceria, kleiner Lebensmittelladen. Wir haben in der Wohnung und in Portovenere eine wunderschöne und erholsame Zeit verbracht.

Beautiful view from the serene and relaxing terrace

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Villa Fiorita. Sondra was a gracious host in showing us around the property and making some grocer and restaurant recommendations. It had all the amenities we needed. We spent most of our time at the villa enjoying and relaxing on the beautiful terrace. As other reviewers noted, the villa's location is perfect for accessing the beach and swimming as well as restaurants and the port for a boat trip to the Cinque Terre. Our only regret was that we hadn't booked the villa for longer than our 3 night stay. This ranks as one of our favorite of the many, many vacation rentals we have stayed in over the years and would definitely book again if we return to Italy.

Beautiful location, beach access, priceless views! Beds were comfortable, shower hot, air conditioning cool. All the amenities we expected. Owners are helpful, easy to communicate with. Cinque Terre boat ride was amazing!!! The sea here is gorgeous. The Italian Riviera at it’s best!!! Loved it!!

Amazing in all aspects

What a beautiful property and the location couldn’t be better...a short walk to town, incredible views, everything you could possibly need within 5 minutes (including delicious aperol spritz’s around the corner). Sandro and his wife could not have been more welcoming and lovely. We are a family of 5 with 3 grown children - and there was plenty of room. It was hard to leave!! Grazie Mille, Sandro!!

Wonderful non touristy spot very walkable

This location was perfect for our 4 night visit. We were able to walk into the village and shop, as well as take a boat to see all of Cinque Terra. There are 3 restaurants nearby recommended by the host and we tried one in the village for a fabulous dinner and the one closest by for dessert one night which was amazing. Our washing machine was broken and Sandro had a repair man sent the very next day - and let us use his brothers place downstairs for Laundry in the meantime. His English isn’t perfect but he communicated very very well, and was very responsive over text and email. We used the lovey space upstairs to play cards, lay in the sun and have dinner. Hands down amazing experience

Nice place on quieter end of town, arranged parking which was helpful. Weather was not great, but suspect this place is even better on warmer/sunny days. Owner went out of his way to mail a watch that we had left behind to Rome so we could pick it up at a future destination.

Relaxing stay in beautiful Portovenere

We had a chance to make most out of the autumn sun by staying in Sandro's beautiful apartment. Apartment is literally situated next to water on a quiet residential area within walking distance from the town centre. Dealing with our host Sandro was hassle free and it was worth of paying for a private parking especially if you're traveling with rental car.

Highlight of our trip around northern Italy

Sandro was a great host and the property was all we expected and more. We only were able to stay 3 nights and left wishing we had a lot more time. We loved the location including the view and the walking distance to everything we needed. Will definitely try to return someday soon.
