"Pros: Die Finca liegt in einer traumhaften Lage. Zur Cala Mondrago 5 Gehminuten und nicht wesentlich länger zur kleineren Bucht Caló des Borgit. Die Finca hat zwar keine Klima, aber dadurch dass zwei Zimmer im Untergeschoss sind war es mit den Ventilatoren absolut angenehm. Die Ausstattung hat alles was man braucht. Der Gastgeber war leicht zu kontaktieren und sehr zuvorkommend. Cons: Am gegenüberliegenden Parkplatz für die Cala Mondrago ist immer viel Betrieb, was für uns aber in Ordnung war."

"Pros: The house is in a very quiet place, it has a spacious external garden, with washing machine and shower. The interior is recently renovated, everything was perfect and spacious for 3 people. The kitchen is equipped for a good breakfast and dinner. The bedding is comfortable, the air condition is a plus for the hot days, in 30 minutes the house is cold enough. I would recommend to anybody this place! Also, not far from the southern best beaches of Mallorca."

"Pros: Die sehr ruhige und private Lage gibt viel Raum zum relaxen. Großzügige Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten am Pool, in der Hängematte oder auf der überdachten Terrasse bieten jedem die Gelegenheit, die er braucht - ob Sonne oder Schatten. Die Gastgeberin kommuniziert zeitnah und klar und ist sehr nett und entgegenkommend. Cons: Wirklich vermisst haben wir nur eine Klimaanlage. Das ist aber keine Abweichung von der Beschreibung und war aber nur deshalb schwierig, weil es zu dieser Zeit ungewöhnlich...

"Unfortunately the home was not what we expected. Location was great, and that is the best I can say. Two major issues. First the power can’t support having the AC on and running the dryer for clothes. This was not in the listing. It tripped several times in the two days we were there and was very inconvenient. Second, there is very low water pressure. Longer hair guests could not effectively rinse out shampoo and conditioner. Several chose the outdoor shower as it seemed to work a little...

"Wonderful villa with own pool, barbecue and outdoor dining space. Spotlessly clean. Large bedrooms with comfortable beds and good air-conditioning. Quiet area. Walking distance to bars and restaurants. Would recommend. Things to note: maximum capacity is 6 (even though there are 4 double bedrooms). Kitchen is well-equipped but quite small if preparing food for a large group. It would be useful to have a house guide/information on what to do with rubbish and recycling. "Thought I would write a detailed review. To set the scene we had a fantastic holiday. Communication with property manager re check in etc was great.The location is good. There is a road which runs near to the villa so expect some road noise. This did not bother us at all but may do others. The walk into Porto Petra is a short walk and the harbor area is beautiful.
