Casa da Maresia has three bedrooms, with a combination of double and single beds, and two modern and elegant bathrooms, both with shower, providing space to accommodate the whole family or a group of friends.
But the ex-libris of Casa da Maresia is undoubtedly the incredible balcony overlooking the sea. This is the perfect place to relax in the morning, enjoy a freshly brewed coffee and feel the ocean breeze. In the evening, it's a magical setting to enjoy an al fresco meal.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge and dishwasher. The living room has a TV and a set of comfortable sofas, as well as a dining area.
The outdoor patio is the ideal place for socializing and barbecues, with a seating area and dining area.

AREA

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- We inform that a Municipal Tourist tax will be charged for person staying overnight in the municipality of Porto Santo. All guests staying in tourist developments and / or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged 2,00€ per person/night, up to a maximum 7 nigths stay/ 14€ per person. Close to your arrival, you will receive the link to pay this fee.
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.
