The Space:
You'll have everything ready to make sure you have a comfortable stay.
These two elegant spaces, have lots of light and accomodates 16 guests. It has two queen size bed, eight single beds and two pull-out couch so there will be a place for everyone to enjoy a lovely night of sleep. It is perfect for groups and families.
The chef's worthy kitchens are amazing, fully equipped, and waiting for your attempts at cooking the local delicacies. The four bathrooms will be ready for you after a long tiring day.
Not only do we provide Wi-Fi to share everything on social media, but, at the end of a tiring day, you can watch Netflix before going to sleep, all included, of course!
You will be 500m from the beach and 200m from Matosinhos Sul metro Station, the perfect location for you to enjoy the charms of Matosinhos and to unveil the secrets of Porto. Can you find a more perfect spot to stay?
We remind you that there is a supermarket close by to buy anything you might need.
You'll be the closest you can be from the main public transports so don't lose the opportunity to visit the main attractions, monuments, restaurants, and parks of both Matosinhos and Porto.
The use of the jacuzzi is paid (extra cost) and it is necessary to notify us if you wish to use it in order to turn it on.
Guest Access:
You'll have access to the building entrance and to the whole house.
Although the building has no lift, these properties are only on the 2nd and 4th floor so you will not have to climb too many stairs.
Be responsible and respect the neighbours. Please be mindful it is forbidden to make noise after 10pm.

Getting Around:
If you have a car you can leave it in the garage 2 minutes from the apartment
Other Things to Note:
The check-in starts at 3pm and ends at midnight — after that a late check-in fee will be charged that varies according to the arrival time.
Check-outs end at 11am; after that hour you'll be charged half a night and, if you want to leave after 2pm, you'll have to pay for the whole night.
- For reservations during New Year's Eve, exceptionally, a deposit of € 300.00 may be charged.
- the proposed tourist tax for Matosinhos would be €2 per overnight stay or visit
The jacuzzi is only available from April 1st to September 30th.
