  • Excellent apartment, strictly new, with a fantastic private terrace of 31 m2 area and a fabulous view of the “Casa da Música” (House of Music) and surrounding area, with the sea on the horizon, facing west (beautiful sunset). This is a new building, with great finishes, located in a very nice and quiet place.
    You can find two metro stations at 500 meters and an autobus station in front of the apartment building. In a few minutes you can reach the Porto Historical Center.
    The airport it’s at 12 Km distance from the apartment. By metro it takes 22 minutes to the nearest apartment metro station that is “Casa da Música”.
    From the apartment you’ll have, on foot, easy access to cafés, bakery, supermarkets and other commercial establishments.
    The apartment has WiFi Internet.

Perfect

We had a wonderful stay. The unit was absolutely immaculate with all the extra touches that made it feel like home. Sandra was there to see us in and see us out. She even left fresh fruit, sweets and a bottle of port to welcome us. Modern kitchen, a massive terrace with panoramic views and secure underground parking. A great location within walking distance of historic Porto, groceries, public transit and shopping. Definitely one of the best units we've ever stayed in.

An excellent base in Porto

Booking was very efficient with questions answered promptly by Sandra. Excellent Information about the apartment, location and places to visit arrived by email. We received a very warm welcome from Sandra at her apartment. She was keen to help with any queries about the area. The apartment is exactly as described on the website. It is very comfortable and spotlessly clean. We enjoyed the outdoor space with open views. The location is excellent - walking distance to central Porto and with excellent public transport. Don’t miss the Casa da Musica which can be seen from the terrace. We highly recommend this lovely holiday home.

Excellent, will be back

This is one of the best apartments we have rented for our holiday. Everything needed is provided for a self catering holiday. Also, lovely welcome gift of Port Wine, cakes and fruit. Although a parking space is provided, there is ample public transport options very close by so car is not required. Located in a quiet, residential neighbourhood with choices of supermarket within walking distance along with small local shops. An added bonus, is sitting watching the sunset on the balcony. The whole esperience was enhanced by Sandra the hostess who was very welcoming, informative and always available if required. We will definitely return.

Séjour parfait

Accueil exceptionnel avec les nombreuses attentions de la part de Sandra à notre arrivée : fruits, boissons fraiches, pâtisseries, porto. Sans oublier sa gentillesse, sa disponibilité et ses précieux conseils.L'appartement est très propre, bien équipé et la terrasse est magnifique. Nous avons adoré Porto et si nous devions revenir nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir dans cette location.

Du bonheur....

C'est la première fois que nous sommes accueillis avec autant de gentillesse. L'appartement est conforme à la description, confortable et surtout très propre. Evidemment, la terrasse est un atout primordiale. Je recommande vivement cette location. Nous embrassons Sandra que nous n'avons pas eu la chance de rencontrer. A l'année prochaine j'espère. Très belle location à recommander

Appartement très agréable, très bien équipé et très bien situé. Conforme en tous points à sa présentation sur le site internet. Un grand merci à Sandra Sousa pour son accueil chaleureux, sa disponibilité et ses bons conseils. Nous séjournerons dans le même appartement si nous revenons à Porto qui est une très belle ville. A nice stay in Porto

In May we spent 10 wonderful days in this great apartment. It has a lot of space, it is clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the calmness and of course the large roof terrace. Asunto on hyväkuntoinen, siisti ja hyvin varustettu, vastaa kuvausta. Asunnon hintaan kuuluvaa pysäköintipaikkaa kannattaa hyödyntää. Porton ohella Douro joen rinteiden viinitarhat ja lähiympäristön vanhat kaupungit kannattaa myös käydä katsomassa. Sandran kokoama opas on todella hyvä Porton lomaa ajatellen. An oasis in a very busy Porto, perfect location for us.

Lovely property, spacious and clean with fantastic terrace. Perfect location for us, out of all the hustle and bustle but easy access to all of main attractions of Porto. And great cakes couple of doors away. Sandra had left plenty of local information, along with the port and cakes! If I have to make a negative comment it was the padded bedheads. I suffer from asthma and the fewer dust catching items the better, but that definitely did not spoil my stay. Indeed should I ever return to Porto I would love to stay there again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Musical View. The location was perfect. The place was spotless.

We were met by our charming hostess who couldn’t do enough for us. She toured the unit with us showing us how everything worked and answered all our questions. She spent time reviewing a map she had for us showing us and gave directions to everything we wanted to see. The patio was a real treat - we sipped wine and watched fantastic sunsets several evenings. The place was very comfortable and quiet. Not only did she leave us wine, fruit and pastries, she came over on our last day to make sure we got our taxi without difficulty. Definitely a five star location.

Propre, bien situé, excellent accueil, cet appartement mérite d'y prêter attention.

Nous n'avons aucunement regretté notre choix et surtout l'accueil de madame Sousa qui a pris le temps de nous familiariser avec l'environnement. Elle était présente à notre arrivée, ce qui rassure après un long vol et notre arrivée en pays étranger. Merci à elle d'avoir pris le temps de nous mettre à l'aise dans cet appartement bien situé dans un environnement calme et près de tout. Nous recommandons fortement cet endroit. We really enjoyed all aspects of this flat with the Musical View - from the safe parking to the wi-fi. We would not look anywhere else if we returned to Oporto with the helpful owner made this a superb choice..

Tolle Wohnung in einem sehr gepflegten Haus!

Die Wohnung biete alles was für einen entspannten Aufenthalt benötigt wird. Die Lage ist ruhig aber die nächste U-Bahn ist gut erreichbar. Die Betreuung vor Ort ist exzellent! Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

Exceeded expectations in every way

Lovely apartment and easy to get to via the metro. Sandra meet us there and provided invaluable information on the area and also the apartment. The welcome gift was thoughtful and appreciated. Great location for both the beach and riverside but preferred the riverside, very cosmopolitan. We would definitely recommend the apartment and I would love to go back.
