The Neighborhood:
Located on the lively Rua de Santa Catarina, this apartment offers an authentic experience in the heart of Porto. Just a 10-minute walk away, you’ll find Avenida dos Aliados, the city's main boulevard, and the famous Galerias de Paris, bustling with lively bars and restaurants. Trindade metro station, with access to several lines, is just minutes away, making it easy to explore other parts of the city. Getting Around:
* Metro Line E - Direction Estádio do Dragão - Exit at Bolhão Metro Station - 160 meters on foot to Rua Santa Catarina 555.
* We have a partnership with a transport company. We can arrange a transfer service to or from the airport. If you're interested, please provide us with your flight details to complete the booking.

Other Things to Note:
The key collection is done at our Welcome Center – located at Rua de Fernandes Tomás 471, Porto – where you can meet our staff!

There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be charged for smoking.

If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the authorized check-out time, a fee of 200€ per hour will be charged.

If you lose the key, a cost will be charged (subject to inquiry). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team to open the door, there will be a 40€ fee after 7 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (technical intervention required) – the cost will be subject to inquiry.

To make Porto more attractive, a municipal tourism tax has come into effect.

In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).

For bookings of 28 nights or more, there is a limit for utility expenses (water, electricity, and internet/TV package) of 230€. If this limit is exceeded, the guest will be required to pay the excess.

The tenant agrees, whenever requested by the host, to allow a staff member to enter the property for inspection purposes, with monthly visits expected.
