The Neighborhood:

You will be located in the heart of downtown Porto, just a few steps from the center, from where you can explore everything you desire. Walk for a few minutes and you’ll be at Avenida dos Aliados, where you’ll be amazed by the architecture of the surrounding buildings. From there, you can stroll down to the beautiful Ribeira, which stretches along the Douro River. Don’t forget to stop and enjoy some of the best restaurants and bars around. Rua de Santa Catarina, the city's shopping hub, is a 10-minute walk away, where you’ll find practically everything you need. And if your interest is art, you can head to one of the more hidden corners of the city, on Rua de Miguel Bombarda, and feed your senses with unique artworks.

Important note: There are ongoing works near the apartment annex, causing noise between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control but may affect the stay of our guests. Therefore, we follow a transparency policy to ensure that our guests' expectations are properly managed. It is our mission to ensure that Liiiving is easy!

You can request our transfer service whenever needed (price upon consultation).

Other Things to Note:

The key collection is done at our Welcome Center - Rua de Fernandes Tomás 471, Porto - where you can meet our staff!



There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be charged for smoking.



Note that an unauthorized stay the check-out time, my result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day).



In case you lose the key, a fee will be applied (subject to consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team to open the door, a fee of 40€ will apply after 7 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (technical intervention required) – fee upon consultation.



In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).



For reservations of 28 nights or more, we have a limit on water, electricity, and internet/TV package expenses of €150. If these costs exceed this amount, the excess will be paid by the guest.



The tenant is required, whenever requested by the host, to allow the entry of a staff member to inspect the property, with monthly visits expected for this purpose.

You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast, which can be delivered to your apartment every morning upon request (price upon consultation).
