Fabulous new 2 bedroom apartment with Private Terrace in a recently renovated building, located in the heart of the downtown area!

This unique apartment is located on the ground floor and basement of a renovated family home. It is a duplex unit where you will find one of the en suite bedrooms on the lower level and the other bedroom on the lower level.
The lower level is where the kitchen is as well as the living & dining area with a 42'' TV offering a wide variety of channels as well as entertainment like Netflix.
This is where you can enjoy your own prepared and cooked meal seating around with family and/or friends watching TV. The Private Terrace is also accessible through this area.

There is also an adjacent studio in case guests want more privacy or have the need to accommodate more guests.

Guest Access:
Guests access is granted by the use of a code and we will personally welcome every guest, providing valuable recommendations and tips about the city.

There is no elevator, only stairs that can be steep for some people. On top of the stairs there is a baby protection to avoid accidents.

Please remember we are not a Hotel and therefore there is no reception neither someone in the property. We will always ask for your estimated time of arrival so we can coordinate your welcoming in person and provide all the information and answer to all your questions.

We are available on WhatsApp and will be always connected to you in case you need anything and are 24/7 available on call.

The Neighborhood:
One of the most iconic and traditional neighborhoods of Porto!

"It's that postcard from Porto that will never run out of time. Nestled in the heart of the Sé, between the D. Luís Bridge, the Guindais stairs, the Fernandina Wall and pilgrimage site for many people in São João. It is the ideal place to start planning the weekends, legs outstretched looking at the city. Like any self-respecting neighborhood community, you may head to the local Guindalense Futebol Club for a beer or a great snack enjoying it's amazing views."

Besides, there are plenty of restaurants close by right at the Praça da Batalha or Poveiros Square. Avenida dos Aliados, São Bento station and Clérigos tower are just a few minutes away walking distance. The famous Luis I bridge is just around the corner :)!
Ribeira square will take 10 minutes on foo to get there.

Getting Around:
ARRIVING TO JARDINS DA MURALHA APARTMENTS IN PORTO:

If you Arrive in Porto by PLANE- AIRPORT FRANCISCO SÁ CARNEIRO.
It is possible to get to the city center by our Transfer service, metro, bus or by car/taxi.

TRANSFER SERVICE:
Easiest way to get to us! Very practical and no need to wait in lines. We will give your contact to the driver and he will get in touch with you directly to coordinate your meeting point - €30 up to 4 guests - fixed price and you pay directly to the driver.

METRO- 30 Minutes
From Porto Airport- Francisco Sá Carneiro- take Metro Line E in direction to Estádio do Dragão. Get
off at Trindade Metro Station. (image 1)
Once you get off the metro take direction Rua do Bonjardim.

BUS- 45 Minutes
From Porto Airport.
Between 6h00 AM to 8h45 PM, take Bus 602 direction Cordoaria.
From Cordoaria, head down to Avenida dos Aliados*.
Between 00H30 and 05H30, take Bus 3M direction Avenida Aliados.
From Avenida dos Aliados* head towards Catedral Sé. Walk on Av Dom Afonso Henriques then at the end go left onto R. de Saraiva de Carvalho. Once you see the end of the Wall, you head right towards our street.

Bom Jardim Apartments are located in Rua de Arnaldo Gama 78.

TRAIN- CAMPANHÃ RAILWAY STATION.
From the Campanhã Railway Station (located outside the city center) you can take :
Metro Line A in direction to Senhor de Matosinhos, Metro Line B, in direction to Póvoa de Varzim,
Metro Line E, in direction to Aeroporto, or Metro Line F, in direction to Senhora da Hora.
Get off at Trindade Metro Station (image 1). Once you get out of the station take line D direction Sto Oviddio and get out at São Bento station. Then follow the directions given above to reach the apartment.

Lectin location location!

We had a wonderful 3 nights here in Porto. The location was amazing and we were able to walk everywhere. The apartment size was perfect for 3 of us and was safe and cozy. Exactly as I hoped it would be from the listing. Great communication with the host and we really appreciated the complementary wine and snacks. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Location & Comfort!

Our stay in Porto was truly wonderful! Since we visited on a shoulder season, crowds and long lines didn't exist, although the weather was cool and misty a couple of days. This VRBO location was exceptional - turn left to head towards one of the bridges spanning the Douro River, or turn right to head towards morning cappuccino and pastry! Then walk a quarter mile to start your walking tour of this memorable city. The accommodations were very comfortable, away from potentially noisy main streets. If we return, we'll use this VRBO.

Perfect place to stay in Porto

We loved our flat - it was in a GREAT location. It was super quiet. We were unable to use the patio due to the unexpected rain - but the living room was spacious enough for us to sit and chat and nibble on light snacks and of course drink a bit of wine! Our only caution is if your group has someone unable to navigate stairs - this would not be your place. The bathroom, one of the bedrooms, living room/kitchen and Patio were all on the lower level. Absent that - this is a super place and we recommend it highly!

Petite location centre ville

Très bonne location, petite mais bien aménagée. La petite cour nous a permit de prendre tous les repas dehors. Elle est très bien située et se trouve à 15 mn environ à pieds, de tout. 3 boulangeries à 5 mn. Digicode, ce qui nous a permit de sortir et rentrer de manière indépendante. Très bon contact avec l'agence de location, très disponibles et ils répondent rapidement ce qui est très appréciable. Une personne est venue faire le ménage et changer les serviettes de toilette en milieu de semaine, très agréable. Juste un petit défaut, l'appartement n'est pas très bien isolé phoniquement, le ou la locataire du dessus déménageant la nuit, c'était un peu pénible. Il n'y a eu que ce petit inconvenient mais les locataires tournent donc il y a peu de chance d'être confronté à ce problème. Les 3 personnes qui m'accompagnaient m'ont demandé de mettre un très bon avis.

A lovely flat in a great location

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment. A great location with restaurants and a nice outdoor bar very nearby. Checkin was easy and thorough. Great recommendations on things to do and places to eat. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend to friends and family.
