Historic Center Porto - Passeio das Cardosas

The apartment is located in Passeio das Cardosas, a project representative of a remarkable work of urban rehabilitation in downtown Porto. It is a block bounded on the north by Praça da Liberdade, on the east by Praça de Almeida Garrett, on the south by Rua das Flores and on the west by Largo dos Lóios and Rua Trindade Coelho. This intervention allowed the public to open a new square, Praça das Cardosas, inside the block. The Square has 24-hour surveillance and its interior is closed from 7:00 p.m. and only residents are allowed to enter.
The apartment was carefully decorated, emphasizing the quality of the materials and the comfort of the textures of the fabrics used. Well sized and comfortable for 2 people, with a play area with two armchairs, a table and TV. The sleeping area has a double bed, equipped with bed linen, Colunex mattress that offers health and well-being, headrest in capitoné of white skin and sufficient cushions to guarantee the necessary comfort. We have a guest bed that will be installed whenever necessary. The room has underfloor heating which allows full comfort even in the winter months.
On the upper floor we have the kitchen and the dining table. The kitchen is equipped to provide a good culinary experience: stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, freezer, extractor hood, toaster and kettle.
The toilet is equipped with a modern set of hanging crockery, a bathtub with shower and a closet. We offer towels, bath sheets, hair dryer, washing machine, iron, ironing board and drying rack.
The cleaning of the apartment is ensured by a carefully selected suitable company. In case of prolonged stays the periodicity of cleaning will be agreed with the guest by means of price adjustment.
We have wireless internet and access to cable TV.
The apartment has 2 mini balconies overlooking Rua das Flores and São Bento Station (metro and trains).
The parking lot is located on the lower floors of the condominium, with elevators to Praça das Cardosas. In case of need of parking we thank you to mention in the reservation to be included the additional cost. (€ 30 per day)
Outside there are supermarkets, grocery stores, cafes, bakeries, restaurants, bars and a taxi rank.
Located in the heart of the historical center of Porto, all important monuments can be visited on foot: the Clérigos Tower, the Cathedral of Porto, the Lello bookstore, the Stock Exchange Palace, Ferreira Borges Market, Ribeira Square, River Douro are only 5 to 10 minutes away.
You can visit the Port wine cellars and the Gaia Pier crossing the bridge D. Luis on foot. You have the possibility to take a cruise on the Douro River, rent bicycles, tuktuks, take tram or train and other tours right outside your door.

- Late check-out is possible if no new guests arrive the same day.
