The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The bedrooms each have a queen bed, all with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Miramar is a small seaside town famous for the Capela do Senhora Pedra, a 17th-century chapel strikingly situated on a rocky, wave-beaten headland jutting out from the beach. In many ways, the town is an upmarket residential suburb of Porto, boasting a famous 9-hole golf course and several large houses and mansions. The Praia de Miramar beach is an exposed but pleasantly un-crowded affair, popular with Portuguese from the neighbouring areas.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, D. João I, is just a 2-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is approximately a 20-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
