This beautiful 70 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this beautiful city. It is located on the 3rd floor and has lift access.

It has been designed with open-plan living and kitchen areas. The living space features a charming seating area where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city.

The open kitchen provides a cosy environment for socialising and enjoying meals together. It includes essential kitchen utensils and cutlery for preparing delicious meals.

The two bedrooms are modernly decorated and include a comfortable queen-size bed and plenty of storage space.

The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and free toiletries.

Cleaning will take place before your scheduled arrival.

Please note: The flat is located on a busy street, above an Irish Pub, so there may be some noise during the day and late at night. In addition, construction work is taking place in front of the building, which may be visible and occasionally noisy during your stay.

Guests will have the entire apartment to themselves!

The city of Porto, one of the city the most famous of Portugal, is known for all of its stately bridges and port wine production. The medieval Ribeira district is located in Porto on the riverside, there are plenty merchants houses and cafes. The São Francisco Church is a beautiful monument with an historical past. The Bolsa Palace (built in the 19th century) is located in the historical centre of Porto.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (17.7km), 21min by car;

Uber is available for download and use in Porto.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
