POOL VILLAS is a modern villa of approximately 100 m². Located on the first floor, it is just 750 meters from Tabu Beach, renowned as one of the most beautiful beaches in Porto Cesareo.<br>The villa can accommodate up to 5 people.<br><br>The villa, elegantly furnished down to the smallest detail with designer accessories, features a front garden with a pool and a spacious area furnished with lounge chairs, umbrellas, and a sofa seating area. Upon entering the villa, you’ll find a spacious living area consisting of: a bright living room with a kitchenette and dining area, a TV corner with a relaxation area, 2 double bedrooms, and 1 bedroom with a French bed, as well as a bathroom with a shower stall.<br><br>The home is equipped with every comfort: flat-screen TVs in both the living area and every bedroom, air conditioning, an ironing board and iron, a hair dryer, a microwave, and a refrigerator.<br><br>The property does not have on-site parking, but you can park your car on the street. Upon request, guests can use a parking space at the nearby Hotel Tabu (300 meters away) or, if you need to charge an electric car, a dedicated charging station is available at Le Dune Suite Hotel, located about 1 km away.<br><br>A BICYCLE rental service is available to guests.<br><br>Pets are NOT allowed.
