The apartment is located on the second floor of a semi-detached complex and is accessible by stairs. The entrance gate is shared with the house on the ground floor.
Two flights of external stairs lead to the floor where the house is developed. The recently renovated four-room apartment is furnished with new furniture and is well finished.
A hallway serves as the entrance to the house. From here one enters 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin with single beds that can be joined if necessary.
A hallway leads to the third bedroom with direct access to the rear terrace, the shower room, and the living room with open kitchen and dining room. Also from the living room there is direct access to the small back terrace.

The house is only 400 meters from the center of Torre Lapillo and the first beach. The first equipped lidos are 850 meters away.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
