  • Built 2021 in a 10++ location just 2 blocks to NEW SEASONS, Coffee Bean and great amenities on a corner lot. Main level Great room style w/fireplace, dining, high ceilings, pantry, peninsula kitchen/bar stools. Upstairs features three bedrooms and convenient laundry room. Large fenced back yard with large upscale covered patio. Barbeque, fire pit, a large screen TV and upscale outdoor furniture.

    This three bedroom family home is right in the middle of Lake Oswego in a very quiet neighborhood. 3 blocks to George Rogers Park and New Seasons market. One block to Freepons park. All bedroom furniture is brand new featuring 2 king and 1 queen beds. You will love the gathering spaces in the home, watching TV in the warmth of the gas fireplace. Brand new outdoor covered patio. Restoration Hardware decorations, 3 new TV's, amazing kitchen and dining room.

The fireplace was a nice place to gather around. Bedrooms were spacious with large beds and good window treatments. The master bedroom shower had great water pressure and the walk in closets were very large.

Incredible stay, can’t ask for more!

This is probably the nicest short term rental we have stayed in. Not only was the home even nicer than anticipated from the photos, but there were so many thoughtful amenities that really made this stay so special.

We are fortunate to travel to Lake Oswego regularly and love staying in this house. Great location, quiet neighborhood. Well appointed kitchen great patio and Rod was nice enough to supply fantastic weather for our latest stay.

This house was wonderful! We were visiting family in the area and this place was a perfect home base. It is exactly as described — clean, well stocked, comfortable beds, quiet. The location is great. Easy walk to coffee, a great grocery store, and parks. Highly recommend staying here!

A Hallinan Gem

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, so much that we've already rebooked for a future date. The property is newer with lots of nice touches and very well maintained. Rod is a very conscientious host, who communicated well and went the extra mile to be sure that we had everything we needed during our month long stay. We particularly enjoyed the recliners in front of the fireplace, watching TV. The location is great and very convenient to nearby markets and downtown Lake Oswego. Overall, a great stay!
