Welcome to our beautiful historic home, originally built in the early 1900s and meticulously remodeled to blend the best of old-world charm with modern-day amenities.
Our home is located in the heart of downtown, making it a perfect location for individuals seeking easy access to nearby places such as PSU, OHSU, NUNM, and the Keller Auditorium. This prime location also offers quick access to Portland's vibrant food, shopping malls, & nightlife. Only 5 min away to OHSU.
The space
Inside the home, you'll find an inviting atmosphere with comfortable furnishings and modern amenities to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. With spacious living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and charming bedrooms, you'll have plenty of room to relax and unwind after a day exploring Portland.
Guest access
The communal areas of the residence include the kitchen, dining area, and living room, all of which are available for shared use. Additionally, the patio may also be utilized, although please note that furnishings are not provided.

Other things to note
Upon entering the premises, we kindly request that shoes be removed and placed in the shoe organizer located to the left of the entrance.

It is important to note that pets are not permitted inside the dwelling.

To avoid any inconvenience, kindly refrain from locking the metal front door.

Access to the 3rd floor of the house is restricted, as the 2nd floor is designated for guests. There are four bedrooms on the 2nd floor, with two located on the same level as the shared bathroom, while the other two are on the 3rd floor..
