We want your stay to be as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Please note the following:



• You must take approx. 4 stair-steps to reach the apartment from an exterior entrance behind the building.

• This apartment is in an older multi-unit building on lively NW 23rd. Street/sidewalk noise and neighbor sound through older walls can be noticeable; light sleepers may want earplugs or white noise.

• There is no dedicated parking, but metered street parking is available all around. Meters accept cards and you can also use the Parking Kitty app.

We're local to Portland and happy to help with anything - from restaurant recommendations to a quick answer at midnight when you can't find something. We keep a hands-off approach unless you need us, and when you do, we're right there.
