  • Come explore the beautiful, historic and vibrant Old Port District when you stay at this stunning walk-up loft apartment situated at the epicenter! Just steps from the award winning restaurants, eclectic boutiques and exciting nightlife while breathing in the salty sea breeze from Casco Bay—this is the ideal getaway for family/group vacations, celebrations or business professionals who are looking to stay in the middle of the action. Enjoy the vaulted ceilings, original wood beams and exposed brick that tell tales of eras past. Your apartment is appointed with luxe linens, modern urban decor, lavish amenities and sleeps 9 guests. Complete with 3 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and spacious living area—what a way to experience the beautiful Old Port District!

    Please be advised your apartment is at the epicenter of the Old Port which is known for its nightlife and there will be outside noise from the restaurants and bars especially in the evenings and on weekends. We provide earplugs for your comfort if you may be retiring early and/or are noise sensitive.

    There is no dedicated parking for the apartment as it is right downtown in a row of brownstones. However, on-street parking is permitted free of charge from 6pm-9am, free all day Sunday and major holidays. Otherwise, is metered with a 2 hr max. Also, there is a parking garage directly across the street for a fee, as well as several other parking garages throughout the Old Port.

    Looking for more space? Sleep up to 16 by combining this listing with sister condo across the hall. In addition, if you’re interested in a more serene atmosphere, we own 3 gorgeous newly renovated apartments in the Old Port that can accommodate up to 14. Message me for details!
    There is a high probability of noise in the warmer months, especially on the weekend.

Center of it ALL! This property is amazing – both inside and out. The host, Dena, is extremely communicative. Every morning we made a pot of coffee and carried cups out to the Adirondack chairs, which are just a few feet from the door. You can see the water, people watch, shop, everything within steps of this property! It is quite loud in the neighborhood at night, but it did not keep us up, whatsoever. It was kind of like falling asleep to a fun party that your neighbor was having down the street! We will have the best memories of this vacation!

A Wonderful Weekend

Boys Weekend

Amazing location in the heart of Portland. Surrounded by good food and nightlife. Having the slice bar right at the bottom of our steps was great for a quick bite to eat! Would 10/10 recommend this location to anyone!

Bachelorette

A group of 7 of us stayed here for a bachelorette weekend and everything was wonderful. The host was very communicative and was able to answer questions. The space is big and comfortable. The locations is perfect so close to everything! Parking across the street in the garage was super easy.

Location of property was amazing for the group of friends. We were worried about the steps we needed to take to get to the Loft when arrived but was nice to get the exercise! We had 8 ladies & having 3 bathrooms was amazing!!! It was easy to get Whole Foods to deliver some snacks. And we were able to walk everywhere! I highly recommend this property!

Great location in Old Port

This was an amazing location for our annual college friends girls trip. We choose a new location each year and the Old Port area of Portland was one of our favorites so far. We absolutely loved this condo - from location to communication with the hosts we had no complaints! 10/10 would recommend!

Perfect spot for Old Port Visit

This was a perfect fit for our group. Clean, fully stocked and beautifully decorated. Location was ideal. We were able to walk to dinner, shopping and gelato. What more could we ask for. Hope to come back again.

Great stay, perfect location!!

This was our second stay at Dena’s property. Perfect size, 3bedrooms and 3 baths. This unit is impeccable, very clean, spacious, and well stocked. Dena checked in with us to be sure we were able to check in easily and was very responsive to anything we needed. We were located in the center of everything. Easily walkable area. We loved our stay and would love to return!

Girls Trip

This condo was absolutely perfect for a girls weekend in Portland! My friends and I had a blast and the condo is walkable from just about everything Portland has to offer. It gets a bit loud at night because of the nearby bars but the host provided plenty of earplugs which help tremendously! The photos also don't do it justice... the condo is even cuter and cozier in person!

Great location with lots of space

This place was central to everything in the Old Port section of downtown portland. The loft had three roomy bedrooms each with their own bathroom plus plenty of common space. Very clean and comfortable with all the amenities we needed. Back bedrooms were loud from the late night bars but the Vrbo description gave fair warning and the ear plugs helped.

Friends Weekend Away

This is our second year staying here and will definitely continue to stay at this location whenever we travel to Portland. It’s always a group of 6-8 and there is more then enough room for all of us and meeting every requirement we need. Location is perfect to walk around the shops and restaurants. While it’s above businesses we never felt like the noise was an issue for us. Host has great communication and easy to check in and out!

ZERO COMPLAINTS! This property is awesome. Don’t hesitate or search any further- just book it! From the ease of check in to the cleanliness to the ample amenities to the superb location, this apartment has it all. The friendly owner/manager was always available for communication. The beds were comfy and plush. There were plenty of towels and bathroom supplies. This apartment boasts a very well stocked kitchen. Even numerous books and games are provided. I’d stay here again and again.
