Perfect stay!

This place has everything you need! It is clean and quiet. Close to the river, beautiful trails, grocery store, and a short ride into different areas of the city. You won’t regret staying here! Happy travels!

Great location! 55 stairs mostly uncovered!

Not sure who owns this property. Communicated with “Jordan and Taylor” though welcome card inside unit said to contact “Sarah or Blake” ?? Unit was very clean and pictures are accurate. Inside refrigerator were 2 cartons of opened leftover beverage which was weird. Patio door did not lock. Front door access is by key code and there is no secondary lock once you are inside which means anyone with code can get in. I didn’t feel safe with that (even though door HAS deadbolt it is unlocked with key code). The window shades are very poorly constructed and one looked eaten by an animal (see picture). Big deterrent to a restful sleep was bright sun that came in through flimsy shades at 5am. Black out shades definitely needed! In ceiling near fireplace the sprinkler head was painted which renders the head useless in a fire. All other heads were not painted! Still a big safety concern! Lighting was bright in every room but there is no large mirror except for bathrooms. We went to a wedding and graduation during our 2 week stay and it would have been nice to have a floor length mirror. The stairs are biggest reason we wouldn’t rebook. 56 stairs separated by landings got old fast especially during rain down pour. Parking in underground garage that holds 12 vehicles was extremely convenient. Heads up if you drive a large SUV like ours because it’s a tight fit. The location can’t be beat and there are great restaurants/bakeries/markets close by. Quick response when messaging.

Great having friends nearby

This is a bright, clean and cozy Condo in a great neighborhood close to parks, grocery etc. We live in Sellwood and wanted our friends to be able to stay nearby. This gave them their own space with us just a quick walk away.

Beautiful and Comfortable

This was our first visit to Portland. We had a fabulous vacation and these accomodations were the icing on the cake. It has all the comforts of home and very comfortable beds. Highly recommend!

Portland OR Family Fun

We really enjoyed a stay in Portland. This property was exactly what we needed for 4 adults. Very clean, hosts were responsive, close to the river, downtown and parks. Only glitch was payment was not taken through VRBO and not infomation was provided.We had to Vemo owners. Gate codes were not sent as indicated in emails, but host provide codes over the phone.

Visiting family in Portland

Beautiful accommodations, secure garage parking. My wife and I were visiting from Alaska to help our daughter move and setup a new apartment downtown. We enjoyed walking along the river just a block away in Willamette Poo ark. Also the great super market just steps out our door.

Great hangout with OHSU convenience

Yes, there are stairs gave us a workout, but good exercise. The condo was the family hangout during the wait for OHSU surgery and after recovery, its a straight shot from condo to OHSU parking and Tram. Our extra family stayed at Rivers Edge Hotel also convenient to condo. Dan the Man, handyman, super helpful and nice guy.OMG, super close to Zupans Market. Well actually right through the breezeway to the wonderful, alittle pricey, but so worth it Zupan's Market. The whole family loved wondering through Zupan's which made for interesting meals at condo.Parking was convenient under condo, Park was right across Macamdam, spaghetti factory close and great food.Great location very convenient to Portland waterfront and medical district. We'll return but after recovery from heart surgery, those stair would do him in right now. Thank you for sharing your place.

Enjoyed our stay

Very comfortable condo in great condition and location. Secure parking, non pet and smoking, and next door to Portlands finest market. Also, one block from beautiful riverfront park. The host was very helpful thru reservation and checkin process.

Amazing stay in great location!!

The condo was very roomy and had all the amenities you could need. Located right next to a Zuppans market(which is also amazing) and is in short walking distance from a beautiful park and the Willamette River, it was a very enjoyable stay. We would highly recommend and would stay there again.

Pdx getaway

This is our second time staying here and we loved the home and location just as much as we did the first time. The location couldn’t be any better. It’s a quick walk to the market or the park or a quick ride to the freeway. We love having coffee on the balcony in the mornings or reading in the afternoons. The house is clean and has everything we need. We will be back.

Wonderful 3-night stay!

This was a great property - attractive unit in a quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed the close proximity of the walking path along the river! Destinations like the Downtown/Pearl District were an easy 15 minute drive. Highly recommended.

Short Surgical Stay

Wonderful location for a brief stay for our daughter's surgery! Despite being downtown it's delightfully quiet, a quick skip down the stairs to the grocery store and 10 minutes from the "hill" and all medical hospitals. This is our second time staying here for our daughter's procedures and we would highly recommend it.
