Welcome to Tessahaven!

This house is ideal for business travelers, family gatherings, or relocation housing. It's newly renovated with beautiful flooring. Comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen. About 1.6 miles from the THPRD Athletic Center. Companies such as Columbia, Intel and Nike are about 2 miles away. Also perfect for those who want to explore well-known nature hotspots like Multnomah Falls, Silver Falls State Park, Cannon Beach, and Devil Punch Bowls State Park.

The living room with high vaulted ceilings will welcome you right in and the formal dining room will seat up to 10 or more comfortably.

Lots of windows offer the house a beautiful and vibrant feel.

The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with spices, utensils, and cooking/baking necessities.

The spacious front yard and private fenced backyard with outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill help you feel peaceful and relaxed.

Workspace is available right in the bedroom.

A multi-phone charger is available in the Family Room.

You must be at least 25 yrs old to reserve. A copy of your valid picture ID is required. We require a valid account profile with your first and last name.

There is outside video surveillance and guest counts are monitored. Tampering with any cameras will result in your reservation being canceled with no refund.

We had a great stay here! House was perfect for our needs! Host was responsive and quick to reply whenever there was a need. This house may be a little small for 10 adults but we had 5 adults and a 17 YO and while the bathrooms were often occupied, it met our needs great! Did I mention the host was great? Thank you!

Family fun in Beaverton . . .

We had a very nice stay at this property! The home was very well-equipped and clean. Appreciated having baby equipment included in the rental! We definitely would return to this property, if our travels ever bring us back to the Beaverton/Portland area.

Great stay

The owners were very nice and wanted to make sure I had a nice stay. The property looked just like the pictures. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. And the house was clean and well stocked. I would recommend.

Dirty with fire hazards

I did not end up staying here. I checked in and found all the A/C vents covered in dust and grime, loose change across the couches, hair strewn throughout the bedding of multiple rooms and the bathroom, and a lightbulb that had melted through its fixture, dripping molten plastic over the primary bed sheets and pillow. The owners immediately denied this, even in person, but eventually allowed my refund.

Super comfy place to stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We were at the tale end of a 2 week visit to areas in the PNW and it was great to be able to relax here at our last stop and have plenty of room for the family. We enjoyed a couple meals on the shaded back patio. Would be happy to stay here again if we make it back to the Portland area.
