The Space:

This third-floor walk-up has no elevator and sits near Hawthorne's restaurants, cafes, breweries, shops, transit, and neighborhood streets.



Inside, the apartment has two queen bedrooms, one full bathroom with tub, a compact full kitchen with dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, cookware, coffee maker, in-unit washer/dryer, TV, WiFi, and a laptop-friendly workspace. Reviews describe it as clean, comfortable, cozy, well located, and easy to access.



Cooling and primary heat come from a mini-split in the living room, with cadet heat as backup. The bedrooms do not have individual AC units, so airflow can be less direct with bedroom doors closed.



The kitchen is functional and well equipped, but compact.

The Neighborhood:

Commonly known as “Foodie Row,” the Hawthorne/Buckman District places you within walking distance of a wide variety of top-notch local flavors, with no chain restaurants in sight! Make new friends over vegan poutine fries and grilled PB&Js at the Cartopia food cart pod, indulge in delicious wings right around the corner at Fire on the Mountain, share a pie at Apizza Scholls (consistently voted Portland’s favorite pizza), or enjoy a fancy night out at Castagna—all within a 1.5-mile stretch.



Getting Around:

🚶 Walking — This neighborhood sits between the Division and Hawthorne corridors, two of Portland's best streets for dining and shopping — both within easy walking distance.



🚌 Bus — TriMet Route 2 (Division) and Route 75 (Cesar Chavez) provide frequent service to downtown (~15 min).

Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. Guests who wish to smoke or vape must leave the property completely.

We're available by message anytime and typically respond within minutes. We're local to Portland and happy to help with anything - from restaurant recommendations to a quick answer at midnight when you can't find something. We keep a hands-off approach unless you need us, and when you do, we're right there.
