  • Spacious 970 sq. ft. modern spacious 1-bedroom condo style apartment on the first floor in prime NW Portland Nob Hill location just 2 blocks from NW 23rd Ave. This like-new 1,000 sq ft large condo unit, located on a quiet, dead end street in the highly desirable alphabet district, has an open floor plan featuring a bedroom with King bed, full kitchen, dining area, cozy living room space with sleeper sofa, private bathroom, and patio with dining set.     The kitchen is fully stocked with a stainless range for cooking, granite counters, and newer appliances including microwave and dishwasher. The living room features a queen sleeper sofa, flat screen TV with Roku, fireplace, and air conditioning for warmer days. The bedroom features a king bed, ceiling fan and large closet. The unit has hardwood floors and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. This wonderful newer condo style apartment has a quaint open floor plan with two French doors that lead out onto your own patio for outside dining and entertaining. If you are here on business there is wireless internet and a desk for your computer.

    This unit is located in a prime, highly desirable location close to it all! We're just a few blocks from NW 23rd Avenue (near Thurman) featuring retail boutiques, home design shops both local and well-known, restaurants, bakeries, breweries, coffee shops, antiques, galleries, parks and hiking trails (just blocks from Forest Park). It is very close to the street car for quick access to the Pearl District (also within walking distance), Willamette River and Downtown.

    The unit is located on a quiet dead-end street with street parking plus a path at end of street for direct access to Thurman where the coffee shops, eateries and boutiques begin. Close to public transit… makes this a great place to stay whether for work or fun!

The neighborhood was quiet and the accommodations were comfortable. Walking to shops and restaurants was very doable. Parking could be a little iffy.

We had a great stay here. It was clean, cozy and felt safe. The neighborhood is nice and close to everything. The host is responsive and helpful. I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in town.

We stayed for two nights and absolutely loved this place. It's got every little thing you could need. It's clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is so great. Quiet street and very close to all sorts of shops and restaurants. Would stay here anytime we're in Portland!

Comfy and lovely

This was a great place to stay! Quick drive to so many places. Great neighborhood area. Street only parking can make it right to find a spot at times though.

Really enjoy our stay here-would stay again! Bedding, pillows and sheets were so comfy however pull out bed not so much. Overall, excellent stay and great communication and prompt response from owner-Thank you!

Very good location. Walked to restaurants, many to choose from. Parking was easy except for Sunday. Very comfy bed.
