  • Open the door and enter a large, high ceilinged, energy efficient, charming home with wonderful water views of the islands, boats and town dock from every window. In the late spring, summer and early fall there is a large ramp and dock in front of the house for your sitting and swimming pleasure. The house has three stories, fireplace, five big bedrooms plus one small bedroom and a den with fold out couch. There is a large deck, open living-dining-cooking area, gourmet kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, two ovens, front load washer-dryer in pantry plus extra ones on lower level, Viking six-burner stove top, lots of closets, radiant heat on lower level.

Our family of 10 had a wonderful stay. The home was very clean and the view of the water was super. Great place to lounge and drink coffee. The rooms are very large and the kitchen is well equiped.

Wonderful home with great views! Perfect for our group of nine long time friends! So much to do in the area, or a great comfortable space to just stay in and enjoy the views and comfort of this home! Well equipped kitchen and lots of space to spread out. Back deck is lovely for morning coffee! Hosts easy to communicate with !

Clean home and easy check in process. The refrigerator broker while there and hosts did as much as they could to accommodate. There were several workers around the house all week which did add some distraction. Overall positive stay.

This is an annual getaway weekend and we’ve returned to this property several times. It’s a lovely home with gorgeous views and close proximity to downtown Portland.

Very comfortable and spacious accommodations for our family. Enjoyed the oversized fireplace on our one chilly night there. Unit is just a small drive to lots of shops. Around the corner at the boat dock there’s the best seafood you’ll ever eat. I brought work journals to read while there, but when I saw the vast library of selections I opted for a mystery story! There are lots of reading nooks in which to disappear for hours at a time, and nothing beats drinking coffee on the deck while taking in the view. We sure put the lobster pots to good use! It was a very restful week just a few short minutes from Portland.

There were 9 of us girls and we went for my aunts 60th Birthday it was a blast very comfortable and close to a great little shop to get snacks and breakfast.

We had a great stay and really enjoyed the property. The house is very spacious with everything you will need and more. The view of the sunrise over the water was also a great way to start the day.

Each year we (a group of cousins along with an aunt and uncle or two) gather over a long weekend for games, shared meals, exploring and much laughter. Anna’s house was unanimously voted the best so far. With its large kitchen and cozy livingroom/ dining area, we were able to all gather together comfortably. The bedrooms were comfortable & sunny w/great views.

We had a wonderful stay. This waterfront property is beautiful. Even though I'm a Maine resident I never tire of ocean views. The home size was perfect for our family of 12. We gathered for an early holiday celebration and really appreciated the open spaces and well equipped kitchen.
