This newly renovated 400 sq. ft. daylight studio apartment sleeps 2 comfortably & includes private reserved parking, a private entrance, bath, kitchenette, & laundry.

The space
The studio’s primary wall has 5 south-facing windows for maximum sunlight. The space has been thoughtfully renovated to provide guests with a bright and comfortable environment that includes all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The property is attached to a 1,900 square foot home stretching over a private 1/3 acre lot that abuts a bank of fir trees and a stream. Amenities include WiFi, large smart TV for streaming, private heat and air-conditioning. Security includes a locking storm door and combination front door lock.

Guest access
Guests enjoy private, designated parking within steps (and 5 stairs) to the private apartment entrance. A second parking space is made possible by request. Hillsdale is just ten minutes south of Downtown Portland and has quick access to surrounding communities and regional hospitals. Hillsdale can be accessed via Barbur Blvd, I-5, and Hwy 10.

Other things to note
The Hillsdale community is centrally located on Portland’s West Slope. The apartment provides close access to regional communities of Tigard, Lake Oswego, Sellwood, Milwaukee, NW, NE and SE PDX and it is a short 20 minute drive to Vancouver, WA (sans traffic). The Hillsdale neighborhood includes scenic hiking trails through wooded areas and parks. The town center has grocery stores, banks, restaurants, cleaners, a gas station, and more.

Apartment yard maintenance occurs weekly during summer months and as needed throughout the year. A weekly schedule for yard maintenance activities will be posted in the apartment.

Getting Around
Three things to note: there are dedicated walking areas along Sunset Hwy to Hillsdale. In addition, a daily bus serves Sunset twice a day and there are also walking trails to Hillsdale.
