On this wonderful corner lot sits Alberta Villa which is in one of the most sought after locations in Portland. Sitting just a handful of blocks from Northeast Alberta Street you are in a perfect position to enjoy everything the Alberta Arts District has to offer. You are close enough for a short walk or a quick Uber while being far enough to not hear the hustle and bustle when you don't want.

The home has been updated with new décor and design that accentuates the look and feel of the Pacific Northwest. As you enter you are greeted with a warm and open floor plan bathed in natural light from the oversized windows. The fully stocked kitchen sits just off the dining room and has everything your culinary needs.

Another fantastic benefit of this home is the single level layout. Not only are the living and dining amenities on the same level but as are all the bedrooms and bathrooms. Each of the four bedrooms is easily accessible down the main hallway. Each bedroom is a blend of maximizing the space for room to sleep, comfort, and style.

It is almost impossible to find a home in a more desired part of Portland within this region. It is perfect for families, groups, or business travelers in working in the area. You can eat, drink, and explore everything Portland and the Northwest has to offer from this incredible location.

Please note that this home is one of the few in all of Portland that is legally permitted for over 5 people. There are very few, and the illegal ones get shut down all the time. In order to be a legal short-term rental in this county, it is required there is a long-term tenant living on the property, in this case in the adjoining converted garage unit with its own private entrance on the far side of the property. They have sole parking access to the driveway to comply with these regulations. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions at all.

We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring the interior of the house.

PET FRIENDLY: **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **

Property Information:
Maximum occupancy has a hard cap at 8. We cannot make exceptions for any reason.
"Use of all outdoor spaces by ASTR guests is prohibited between the hours of 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. all days, except when entering or exiting the house. The hours of outdoor space use must be listed in the House Rules and may be more but not less restrictive.

The ASTR use must comply with City Title 18, Noise Control. Among other regulations, Title 18 sets limits on sound levels that impact residential properties. Section 18.12.020.B addresses permissible levels of sound producing or reproducing equipment. The following activities are in violation of Title 18: Operating or permitting the use or operation of any device designed for sound production or reproduction in such a manner as to cause a noise disturbance; or operating or permitting the operating or use of any such device between the hours of 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. so as to be plainly audible within any dwelling unit which is not the source of sound.

Commercial meetings are prohibited. Commercial meetings include luncheons, banquets, parties, weddings, meetings, charitable fund raising, commercial or advertising activities, or other gatherings for direct or indirect compensation."

Great home base

Great place and great area walking distance to tons of cafes and restaurants. House was clean and well stocked. Plenty of street parking in quiet neighborhood. The steep driveway slope and large step to enter the property was difficult for elderly parents but we made it work with helping them enter and exit.

Great location. Good size for families, well maintained

Close to my daughter’s house. lots of room when our grandchildren joined us for a night or two. Sufficient cookware and plates to make and serve pancakes.The exposed bracket holders for toiletries in the main bathroom were a hazard with their sharp edges. Appropriately sized containers should have been placed or the brackets should have been removed.

Sisters trip to Portland!

My sister and I traveled to Portland from Bay Area and Sacramento to see our cousins who live in Portland. We were very pleased with our rental house! It was exactly as shown in pics, darling! And location was perfect! Very walkable to restaurants and cute stores. We were very happy with our choice!

Wedding weekend

We stayed here for my brother’s wedding and it was a great! The place was immaculate, the coffee pot much appreciated since we were on east coast time, and the open living and dining layout was perfect for all the family coming and goings. The management team was also fantastic and super responsive to our questions and really appreciated all the advance reminders. We walked to the park and to the local restaurants within 10 minutes, which was great!

Perfect for our group

We used all four bedrooms for a 4 day weekend in Portland. The house met expectations perfectly and even had some bonus unexpected perks like toys for my kids. If we ever do a trip like this to Portland with our kids again we plan on booking this same property.

Cute House, Safe Neighborhood

Stayed with family friends over the weekend and really enjoyed the house. The dead grass was a bummer as the kids enjoyed playing outside but it seems everyone has dead grass in the summer. Access to backyard would have been nice but we did fine without it. Easy access to Alberta st and not too far from the zoo or Moda center! Would recommend for a weekend trip!

Convenient large house

Able to accommodate 6 people. Check in and check out were smooth and the house was comfortable. A few things that would improve the experience were to have some coasters so as not to leave water rings on the tables, step out mats for the showers, and instructions on how to raise and lower the blinds. Also the shampoo and conditioner may have been switched in the hallway shower. None of these small things affected our enjoyment of the property. We would stay there again.

Great neighborhood, great stay!

Our stay was only two nights, but served our purpose very well. The house is well stocked and communication leading up to and during the stay was informative and responsive. The house is very close to restaurants and retail, but far enough that it is quiet. Our weather was lovely so the only bummer is that there isn't really anywhere to enjoy outside the property. A very minor detail. Would stay again without hesitation.

Excellent experience

This house rental was exactly as described in the listing. It was clean, in a great part of the city and we walked to some excellent restaurants and stores. Best of all was the clear and prompt communication with the rental company. We always felt we could reach out to them and receive a quick response.

Nice house. Quiet neighborhood.

Six of us did a mini family reunion here. The location is perfect. The house had everything we needed. My most pleasant surprise, was how quiet the neighborhood was. I woke up in the morning to complete silence, which I rarely expect when there are so many neighbors in close proximity. The host left us a bottle of wine, and the kitchen was very well stocked. I would definitely stay here again.
