Additionally there are numerous games and books for your enjoyment as well.

On the lower level there are two additional bedrooms as well as the second full bathroom. The primary bedroom on this level is quite large and boasts a seating area with a couch and flat screen TV mounted for your streaming enjoyment as well.

Whenever the weather allows, you'll find the outdoor setting is exceptional as well. With ample seating under the enormous pine tree makes for a perfect place to enjoy your favorite beverage any time of the day. The entire backyard space is fenced and perfect for those traveling with kiddos or a pet.

This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.

PET FRIENDLY: **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **
