Alberta Park is just blocks away and is home to picnic spots, a walking trail, and even a tennis court. The neighborhood also hosts several restaurants within a short walking distance from your front door, so you can easily taste the local cuisine. Pack your golf clubs, because Broadmoor Golf Course is just over one mile away from the studio. Riverside Golf & Country Club is just under two miles away! If you'd like to explore the city's more famous attractions, from Blue Star Donuts to the Portland Japanese Garden, downtown is only a six mile drive south.

Fantastic little loft with everything you need in a safe area. The double locks were a nice touch both gate and on the loft door. The attention to detail inside is perfect. It’s well organized and has everything you need and more. An inspiring stay. Safe area, walkable for coffee and breakfast

Great place, great location

This property is located in a quiet neighborhood, that had plenty of street parking. The apartment itself is above the garage so there is a flight of stairs to go up. Once there everything is as described / pictured in the listing. Everything you would need to set up shop for a week or so is on hand. I would note that the pull-out bed is probably a full, it’s fine for one, cozy for two. But otherwise, there is plenty of space in the living area and bathroom and we did not feel cramped at all. It’s close to grocery and convenience stores and you can walk 3-4 blocks to nearby restaurants. Nothing that we wanted to do was more that 15 minutes away. I would stay here again.

4 days worked well.

All great, including overlooking a nice garden. The exception being the bed, a convertible sofa (access from one side, only one reading light, difficult to make), but what you expect in a studio apartment.. Otherwise 5 stars.

Cozy place, Close to everything

We enjoyed our stay, multnomah falls is a 30 min drive so beautiful, downtown 15 min or there’s also bars ect right down the st 5 min drive brewery,eats shopping it’s lovely , safe and quiet neighborhood, definitely recommend. Bed was cozy too.

Quiet homebase

My two year old dog and I stayed in this cozy studio. It’s very close to the dog park and in a lovely, walkable neighborhood. The host also has a sweet dog, my dog is friendly, but they barked at each other because they wanted to play. Something to bear in mind if you’re bringing a pet. The kitchen and bathroom are nicely designed and very comfortable. It was lovely to sit on the porch, overlooking her beautiful garden and plan the day. If you stay here, don’t miss the kiss café just a few blocks away. Very cute place to grab coffee.

We stayed at this property for a cheer competition at the convention center. It was such a convenient location for us to get there. The place had the perfect peaceful vibe, after the noise and energy of a tournament!

Great Rental

This rental was exactly what we needed. We moved into the state and had some time before we closed on our new house. This rental was a great price and super clean. The space is really well designed and payed out to maximize every inch. The property owner was super kind and helpful with any questions we had about the rental and area.

We loved our stay!!

The studio was just perfect!!! The owner was very open and friendly. We had our sheepadoodle and the park was walking distance. Our dog Maggie loved it!!! There are several restaurants walking distance.
