This spacious studio is the perfect home base to live like a local in NE Portland! It offers a balcony, a full kitchen, and lots of natural light throughout the space. In the summer, you will even have partial air conditioning. This bright and contemporary studio also offers a private washer and dryer.

What's nearby:
You will be located just under two miles away from Alberta Street where there are great places to shop, eat, and drink. Several blocks away is the Hollywood District where you will find the landmark Hollywood Theatre. Explore the whole city by car or public transportation and check out Powell's Books, the riverfront Saturday Market, Blue Star Donuts, and much more. The city's International Rose Test Garden, the Japanese Garden, and Lan Su Chinese Garden are all within an easy drive too.

Cozy and Convenient

This loft studio apartment was very near the family home where we were going to a holiday gathering. Easy to get to from I 84. Kitchen had ample equipment to make the foods we were taking, though a hand mixer would have been a nice addition. Since we are an elderly couple, a grab bar in the shower would be a good addition, but the railing all the way up the steps was much appreciated. We'd definitely stay there again.

Nice studio in Portland

Clean & has everything a traveler could want in a rental. Sitting area not very comfortable. Could do better with chairs or a loveseat. But overall, we had a great stay.

Eastside Livin'

Beautiful little studio dwelling on a residential property. The neighborhood is quiet and with the dwelling above a garage, even street noise is minimized. Lots of windows make for good circulation in the space. The kitchen has some utensils, pots, pans, etc. Most vessels you will need to cook. The only drawback was the wifi. It was spotty at best and when it was working it was VERY slow, so do not plan on using the dwelling wifi if you are planning to work remote. I had to tether my cell phon for a decent connection. Other than the wifi, the space was excellent. Walking distance to good bars (hiTop) and a good bakery (Grand Central).

Amazing

First time in Portland; nice place to stay very clean have lots of kitchen utensils so we where able to cook a lot. There’s a cute balcony with some chairs which was perfect. There is a washer and dryer very convenient for our stay. Very nice neighborhood. We loved our trip and the place!!!

Weekend stay

The property was in a good location and very clean. There might be a leak under the bathroom sink because when I went in the cupboard to get the hair dryer it was wet underneath. It was a little cold the first night and the portable heater didn’t generate quite enough heat to warm up the room but we managed. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Well located a short drive from downtown. Bright and clean carriage house over a garage…not used for parking… Modern kitchen, comfortable bed. Quiet neighborhood of heritage homes. Stores and restaurants nearby.

Very nice and consistent with reviews

I stayed in this clean, well designed, and thoughtfully presented studio above a resident garage for business and proximity to NE commitments. The bed and furniture are comfortable, the kitchen is well laid out and equipped, and the bathroom is clean and nice. The two negatives can be significant - there is no outlet in the bath and the internet is horrid. You cannot use this space if reliable online work is needed; othwrwise I recommend the space at this price.

Cute, clean, great neighborhood!

A gem of a studio in a lovely inner NE neighborhood. Everything I needed, including full-sized kitchen and washer/dryer. I really enjoyed having my coffee on the little balcony each morning.

Not for Senior Citizens

The bed is on the floor, hard for seniors. The internet did not work. The rooms was freezing cold on arrival. It took a week for Vacasa to reply to a basic inquiry about the property, prior to arrival. Then their reply was incorrect. The lock box didn’t open. The seating is really a bed, and very uncomfortable. Kitchen and bathroom are great, but would not stay again.

Portland stay

We have stayed in this very nice studio apartment before. Great location in quiet neighborhood near our family. Very easy check in and out process. Three points: 1) coded lock is now on door, not to left of door as in instructions. 2) Bed is comfortable but is low, a change from previous time for us and 3) email to confirm checkout arrived when we were already on plane, and thus was not helpful. The bed height is a barrier for us returning, but the unit is otherwise quite nice.

So clean, so tidy, so perfectly configured for a smart stay. The neighborhood is a gem as well, with beautiful trees and plants on every corner. The whole experience was a treat, thank you!

2nd x staying here. Great place, clean, comfortable, quiet, highly recommended.

This place is perfect. It’s well stocked, the bed is very comfortable, shower is great and it’s very clean , and the area is very quiet and safe.

Great location, great neighborhood, safe and good parking. Wish there were end tables and lamps at the bed side. Curtains are somewhat sheer. Wish a fresh dish sponge or fresh dish cloth were supplied. Only had a used sponge available.
