V3 Housing for holidays in Portimão, located in Vale de França, 1000 metres from Vau Beach (15 minutes walking). 5 minutes from Rocha Beach and the City Centre of Portimão. Calm and privileged area. Villa with excellent areas, WI-FI, swimming pool, garden and garage space.
R/C - Open Space Living Room with Air Conditioning and Equipped Kitchen in American Style, with Large Balcony to Enjoy Your Meals, 2 Bathrooms, 2 Bedrooms with Wardrobes (1 of Them En-suite) and Laundry Room.
1st FLOOR - 1 Suite with Air Conditioning and with a large terrace, with table and chairs.
Access to the rooms is done through a corridor that ensures the privacy of the rooms in relation to the living room. The rooms have wardrobes and are quite spacious.
The Pool area has sunbeds and a dining table.
The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden.
NOTE: Only 10 people are allowed (including 6 adults, 4 children or babies).
- A deposit of EUR 1000 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a credit card payment, Revolut or advance bank transfer. The deposit refund will be made up to 3 days after check-out, after a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.
- Please note that there is a municipal tax - Tourist Tax:
Between the dates of 1 November and March – of EUR 1 per person, per night, not included in the total value and which must be paid on site. This tax applies to guests from 13 years of age. The maximum amount charged is EUR 7 per guest.
Between the dates of 1 of April and 30 October – of EUR 2 per person, per night, not included in the total value and which must be paid on site. The tax from 13 years of age. The maximum amount charged is EUR 14 per guest.
- Water, electricity, and gas consumption expenses (if applicable) are included within the normal parameters of a conscious use (60EUR for 30 days of reservation).
Meter readings are taken at entry and exit to determine consumption for the reservation period in question (whenever different from 30 days, the corresponding calculation is made).
Any consumption that exceeds the included value will have this excess to be settled by the guests to Nuris2u.
If the excess is not settled, the company reserves the right to deduct from the deposit value.
NOTE: Weekly, there are two random maintenance visits (pool and garden) outside the property.
PAYMENT: Payment must be made with the details of a physical credit card (not virtual), and it is necessary to confirm the transaction in your bank's application. Virtual cards (MBWay, Apple Pay or others) are not accepted.
