Spacious sunset Villa with breathtaking view

The villa is situated close to the village of Alvor on the outskirts of Portimão. It is stylishly decorated and furnished, with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a swimming pool, floor heating and cooling and completely private terraces. The maximum of guests is 8, but if you are 9/10, please indicate this in the enquiry. There is access to all floors for disabled guests.
Furthermore, it is located in a private residential area, just a few kilometers west of Portimão and The fantastic Golf Courses Penina, Vale da Pinta and Gramacho are only at 5 to 10 min away.

An extra benefit of this villa is a beautiful sunset that you can watch every day. In fact, there is a clear 180 degrees southwest oriented skyline on the Algarve.
All in all, with 2 double and 2 twin bedrooms, the villa is ideal for 1 or 2 families, with plenty to see and do in the surrounding area during your stay.
Don’t forget to pay a visit to the Zoomarine, the international boating marina, the picturesque mountain village Monchique or medieval heritage Silves.

At your arrival you will meet Mr. Valentim Pereira, a Portuguese resident who has over 7 years of rental experience. He speaks Portuguese, English, German, French, Spanish and Dutch. Mr. Pereira will be your contactperson for your stay.

A Wonderful Setting

The house is lovely, very modern and spacious. It also has a wonderful pool and the sunsets are stunning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay but the house would benefit from an information/guest book and a few more kitchen tools e.g. spatulas and BBQ tools would be useful.

Traumhaus, Traumlage, Traumurlaub

Wir haben den Aufenthalt während unseres Urlaubes in diesem besonderen Objekt mit sehr vielen großzügigen Räumen als Familie sehr genossen! Der 180° Blick ist von morgens bis nachts ein Traum und die Räume vermitteln alle eine besondere Leichtigkeit und Weite. Vielen Dank!

August in the Algarve

The property is beautiful, very spacious and easy to stay in. More information would have been useful. The operation of the cooling system wasn't properly explained, a few taxi company numbers would also be useful. We didn't see the property manager until well into our second day, although he was very helpful. There were two garbage bags, not nearly enough for a group of 7 on holiday. For a villa with a pool there were no extra towels. These are small things but they add up.

Vorsicht, viel zu teuer und laut

Wir sind recht enttäuscht von dem Objekt. Keine air-condition nur eine Bodenkühlung, die sehr unangenehm beim Laufen im Haus und kühlt nicht gut, da sie sehr träge reagiert. Es gibt nur eine Stehdusche und die ist auch noch verstopft gewesen! Bei den anderen 3 Duschen muss man die Handbrause immer halten, da keine Halterung vorhanden ist. Es gab nur einen kaputten Sonnenschirm. Für das Geld, das ist ein Witz. Nachts kann man nicht schlafen, da die ganze Zeit Hunde bellen. Beim check-in mussten wir 30min auf die Verwaltung werten und dreckige Wäsche vom Vormierter war nicht einmal aufgeräumt. Drei der Fünf Kochfelder waren defekt und die Verwaltung hat es nicht hinbekommen das Kochfeld zu ersetzen. Am letzten Tag wurde ein Ersatz eingebaut, was fur uns nur unnötiger Zeitverlust bedeutete. Wir hatten also 11 Tage eigentlich nur ein Kochfeld zur Verfügung und das bei 5 erwachsenen Personen! Da es keinen BBQ-Grill gibt, war es sehr mühsam zu kochen. Wir haben schon viele Ferienhäuser/Villen gemietet, aber das war das erste mal das es draussen keinen Grill gegeben hat. Und die Kühlschranktür, die auch defekt war, konnte auch nicht repariert werden. Die sporadisch eingerichtete Küche (alles Ikea), schmuddelige Platzdecken und keine Tischdecken für die hässlichen Tische draussen runden das Bild ab. Nur der Pool ist schön und tagsüber ist es recht ruhig. Und er Vermieter ist nicht mal bereit einen Teil zu erstatten.

What an amazing place

Our trip in Portugal was fantastic in this house ! Nothing else to say. A fantastic place for friends or families. The sunset is amazing in the house. Our contact Valentim was helpful and very nice with us. We recommand strongly this location and this house.

Algarvian Paradise

We were SO happy that we chose this property. It was very close to perfection. We have stayed close to Alvor 30+ times as a family/ group of friends . This was by far the most luxury, secluded and spacious villa we have ever had. The views were stunning . A wonderful place to spend time.
