Views to the gardens/pool in the apartment, views to the gardens/pool and to the marina, river and ocean at the terrace.

1 bedroom with twin beds and the couch converts to a Bed with a Drawer Bed on Wheels underneath the Couch.

Swimming pool just outside the front door and bedroom window of the apartment.
Private shops, restaurants within the Marina and Beach only at 200 mt from apartment. Praia Da Rocha streets and shops, bars located 700 metres from this privately secured complex.

Towels and bed linen provided. Regular maid service just including cleaning and change linens every week.

Major/minor repairs

We loved the area and the rooftop patio was enjoyable.The pool area is beautiful.The kitchen was well stocked and having a diswasher was great.The carpet in main area needs to be thrown out. Bathtub needs to be replaced as the tub has tilted and there's always stagnant water there.Would be nice to have a coat rack by the door.We would stay there again as you just cant beat the location!

Great Long Term Rental

We stayed in the apartment for 3 weeks and everything except the weather was perfect. The location is great for access to the beach and the rooftop patio is wonderful. Svetlana was great!

Alles Super!

Unser Winterurlaub in dieser wundervollen Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sie ist optimal gelegen: direkt am Yachthafen und in der Nähe des traumhaften Strandes. In dem großen Apartment war alles, was wir für einen langen Urlaub brauchten. Ein Plus war der gute Kontakt zu Svitlana, die uns immer gute Tipps gab. Auf jeden Fall freuen wir uns auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt in unserem geliebten Portugal und dieser schönen Wohnung!!!

Excellent apartment near the harbour and beech

Really happy with the apartment. If there is a small downside it was the lack of kitchen equipment (only 1 bowl so we had to take turns!) The pool is huge but cold in November… Didn’t really use the Solarium because the shadow came over very early. In Summer this will probably be very welcome. WiFi never let us down. Parking space was located underground so kept the car safe.

Top Anlage mit einem Mangel . Wir waren schon zweimal in dieser Anlage.

Super wie immer. SANDRA die die Verwaltung der Wohnung inne hat macht Ihren Job ERSTKLASSIG ALLES TOP, aber auf der Dachterrasse darf wohl auf Anordnung des Managements kein Sonnenschutz mehr aufgestellt/ angebracht werden. Dies wäre für mich das k.o. für diese Anlage

Das Appartement war komplett mit allen Räumen in Richtung Pool ausgerichtet. Seine Ruhe konnte man dort trotz geschlossenen Fenstern nicht finden, da von Vormittags bis spät abends die Gäste am Pool mit Musik bespasst wurden. Als luxuriös kann man die Grösse des Appartements bezeichnen. Die Einrichtung ist eher in die Jahre gekommen. Ausserdem hat man uns am zweiten Tag des Aufenthalts den Sonnenschutz auf der Dachtterrasse abmontiert. Erst sagte man uns, es würde ausreichen, die Schlüssel für das Appartement zu platzieren für den Check Out, dann soll man plötzlich einen Check Out machen 30 Minuten vor Abflug.

Location, location, location

An absolutely amazing place to stay - exceeded our expectations and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious, bright and well situated condo in Portimao. The upstairs patio area was a fabulous place to lounge in morning, afternoon and evening, with great vistas. The condo is a few steps from one of the most beautiful beaches, great restaurants, and more.

2024 winter getaway

Excellent location, great parking for the car. The location is close to great restaurants and shopping. Easy access to great walking trails and the beach. Lovely terrace for sitting in the sun. The checkin was easy. Svitlana was very helpful in every way. Very nice meeting her. All in all we had a wonderful vacation. We are considering comming back next year if it is available. Wunderbar

Wir haben unseren Winterurlaub in dieser wundervollen Wohnung sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war sauber und die Einrichtung hat uns sehr gefallen. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Die Lage ist einzigartig. Selbst im Winter waren sehr viele Restaurants in der Nähe geöffnet.

Super sejour en algarve

Nous avons apprécié le confort de l appartement la piscine a l eau de mer la marina a côté nous avons passe 3 semaines super agreable et pour couronner le tout la gentillesse de lana prête toujours a nous aider malgré la différence de langue nous reviendrons sûrement !
