"Friendly family run hotel. Perhaps a little dated but the rooms were spotless and very comfortable. And a decent shower Staff were very friendly and helpful . The hotel is just a five minute walk across fields from Trevone beach and coast path so ideally located for what we wanted. Padstow is walkable. "Lantern Cottage was exactly as described. It was very clean and comfortable. The layout and facilities had been very well thought out. The shared courtyard was lovely to sit out in the sun. We were able to store our bikes there too, which we rode on the nearby Camel trail. It was peaceful even though we were almost in the centre of Padstow. There were numerous bars and restaurants nearby all serving delicious food. There is also a Spar shop 1minute walk away handy for last minute supplies....

"Absolutely amazing place to stay for a few nights. The cottage was perfectly sized for our family of 5, loved the out side space and the fabulous view of the beach. We had dinner in the restaurant, and the food was delicious. We will be going back!"
