Aspectos positivos: Limpieza
Room was clean and all we needed.
New Year’s morning 9:20am Jan 1 2026, no coffee or cups or staff to be found, had to snoop through cupboards to find paper cup, The breakfast we had been looking forward too was already cleared away even though trays were still full of food minutes earlier… such a waste.
Other guests looking for food and coffee
also disappointed that there was nothing left. Had to leave to get other food.
No where to get breakfast food except McDonald’s and Tim Hortons other restaurants closed New Year’s Day in Portage La Prairie.
Missed opportunity for this hotel to provide a much needed service that day.
New years eve event we attended was fun it went till 2:00am got to bed around 4:00am and very disappointed that there was not even a cup of coffee left with breakfast. One male was sitting at front desk, cleaning dishes in kitchen and checking out guests that morning.
