This is a Brand New Park Model on Lake Minnehaha! This very cute and clean park model is in Lakeshore Camp Resort on the North side of the lake. Enjoy the amazing view and relax from the hustle of daily life, about an hour from downtown Chicago. This resort offers many amenities and entertainment options for the whole family during peak season. Pack a bag and enjoy the great outdoors! 1 Queen Bedroom, 1 Full Bath, Sleeper Sofa, 3 Beds in Loft, Kitchen w/full size Fridge, Fireplace.

This is in a large Camp Resort in the beautiful Northwest Indiana close to Lake Michigan and National Park.
The Resort has 940 sites, a 22 Acre Lake we are directly on, 4 pools, beaches, fishing (no License needed), boat rentals, Mini Golf, Tennis, Basketball, and Volleyball courts plus more items to rent. See Campground Website
*Early Spring and in Fall the Campground may not have all amenities running*
Campground is next to I94 and train tracks, some traffic noise is part of this campground experience.

You will receive all access/address information 24 to 48 hours prior to arrival, after all required forms have been completed.
24 hour attendant at Main gate will need Guest to show ID and be on the list to gain entry.
Guest must provide names of all guests over 18 for Front Gate Entry

This park model has 1 bedroom with a queen bed, 3 beds in loft (1 double and 2 singles), and a sleeper sofa in the living room with a TV and Fireplace.
The outdoor space is one of the best in the campground, with no neighbors on 1 side (lake and beach) new landscaping with plenty of outdoor seating.
A grill, fire pit, and a new deck to relax on.
As with most Rv's it has a small water heater, with a larger group you may need to use the extra comfort stations for additional showers/bathroom facilities. There are laundry facilities also available at campground.

South Shore Portage/Ogden Dunes Train Station about 10 Minute car ride

Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form, and sign and agree to our rental conditions.
We ask you to Upload a valid government ID (drivers license, passport, state ID) This is optional
Any basic need items that have been provided at the home are complimentary to get your stay started, any additional needs will be provided by the guest.
Outside Cameras are on front and back doors.

Cozy stay

Beautiful tiny home perfect for a couple. We cooked and used the grill and picnic table. Beautiful little lake. Easy check in. Train noise didn't bother us.
