"Gorgeous property in a quiet rural location, but convenient (5 minute drive) to several towns with lots of dining options. Very comfortable beds, great water pressure in the shower, charming and welcoming hosts, and delicious(!) breakfast. Beautiful garden filled with birdsong, very peaceful and relaxing - we would have loved to stay longer! Hosts were very helpul with recommendations for places to eat and things to see - absolutley delightful all around!"

"Easy check in other than the card scanner wasn’t working at the time but the staff came and helped us! Also no elevator lots of stairs if your staying on top floor like us ! "The Briers is a beautiful property hosted by Darren, a precious man. He asked after our trip, have recommendations based on what we liked, suggested places that he and his family have enjoyed and was a delight to talk to. The room is spacious, the bathroom is out of a magazine, the view is beautiful and the location ideal. It feels like being in a movie set. We will definitely stay here again when we're in the area. "
