The Space:
Dunraven by STAE-Homes , is a superb spacious family home, providing easy access to the world-famous Afan Bike Parks and local regions including, Cymmer, Glycorrwg, Port Talbot and Maesteg.

Dunraven is also a stone's-throw from the stunning Bwlch Mountain, leading to the Rhondda Valley. Access to the national cycle path is also just 50 meters away. Situated over 2 floors, Dunraven by STAE-Homes is a fully-self-contained home in a traditional Welsh village setting and includes everything you need for your stay; including a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a comfortable living space, upstairs shower and WC and a downstairs full bathroom with a bath and over-bath shower.

Whether you want to go mountain biking in the Afan Forest Bike Park, or just want to get away from it all in this peaceful part of Wales, this property has everything you need for that home from home feeling. We provide a rollaway bed as the fifth bed for the living space if requested; with all bedding, towels etc. provided of course.

Glyncorrwg fishing ponds are very near.

A Travel Cot and High Chair are available on request (note, we do provide cot bedding). Free unrestricted street parking is available in the area. There is a lovely enclosed shared garden with garden furniture that you can enjoy.

Downstairs, the property comprises of a living room, separate dining room, fully-equipped kitchen, utility room with a washing machine & dryer, downstairs bathroom with bath featuring an over-bath shower, WC and basin.

Upstairs you will find a king-size bedroom, 2 single bedrooms, a lovely dressing area and an additional shower room including basin and WC.

There is a fully fitted and well equipped large kitchen with all of the items and cooking utensils, pots and pans that you would expect to find in your own home, making dining-in easy.

You will find a modern pod style, Dolce Gusto coffee machine for your welcome drink.

There is a fully enclosed garden and on street parking is free
