Welcome to Sea for Miles with panoramic water views with the closest proximity to the Gulf of Mexico possible. A fisherman’s dream with endless opportunities for surf fishing, crabbing, scalloping, and more! Fabulous location on North Cape San Blas near The Trading Post, Weber’s Donuts, and St Joe Shrimp Company. This newly renovated townhome sleeps 9 with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths.

Phenomenal outdoor living with a large covered patio providing protection from the sun, refreshing breeze, and not detracting from the Gulf views. The lower patio is complete with an outdoor shower, propane grill, and comfortable Adirondack seating for two. The beach is shared with other tenants and accessible directly from this patio space making beach access a breeze! Tides will determine the size of the beach, fluctuating naturally with great shelling opportunities.

The main living area is on the second floor with an open floor plan, never losing the water views, even from the half bathroom. The living room provides comfortable seating, accommodations for 2 with queen sleeper, 55” smart television & high speed WiFi. The kitchen is supremely functional with all major appliances and coffee bar; fully stocked with dishes, utensils, and a starter supply of amenities. The dining room area provides seating for 6 with an additional seating for 4 at the kitchen bar. The 2nd balcony is screened for additional enjoyment and provides seating for 4, including a swing!

All three bedrooms are provided with room darkening shades, cable television, and Alexa enabled alarm clock and Bluetooth speaker.

The primary, king, bedroom offers a large private Gulf facing balcony with comfortable seating and best of all, 0 light pollution for spectacular star gazing. The bathroom is attached featuring a beautifully tiled walk-in shower. Two additional guest rooms are provided, a queen bedroom with private balcony access overlooking St. Joseph Bay and a bunk room with twin over full bunk beds. The guest bathroom features a shower/tub combination with all linens provided.

Conveniently located between Salinas Park and T.H. Stone Memorial Park, Sea for Miles provides a prime location for exploring Cape San Blas. The views will amaze, come see Sea for Miles.

Please be mindful, a starter supply of amenities are provided. Depending on the guests length of stay, additional amenities may have to be purchased.

Very nice & clean inside but...

I will start out with the inside of the house as it was very clean throughout the house when we arrived. It is nice and well laid out. The views from the Master patio are awesome. The screened in porch on the main level is large and nice. For those that are interested, the beds are firm. For the coffee drinkers, there is only a brew coffee maker (not one with a Keurig as shown in the picture).When they say "starter supply of amenities are provided", they mean one trash bag, one paper towel roll, etc. For those whose want to do any cooking there is not any salt, pepper or spices of any kind left in the house. Usually previous renters will leave some of these items when they leave, we have done the same as well, but it appears they clean everything out. I recommend washing any of the dishes prior to using since the first 3 coffee cups we pulled from the cabinet were dirty. The Property: The pictures of the exterior of the property are completely inaccurate. The primary reason that I am upset is because I specifically asked about it prior to booking and was told "the photos of the complex are accurate". The seawall along the front of the property has collapsed is a terrible eye sore. Both sides of the property have damage and the stairs shown in the pictures leading to the beach are inaccessible. The covered seating area shown in the pictures is there but the side railing is damaged and blocked off. About half of what would be a parking spot under roof is gone and roped off.

Eat Beach Getaway in Years

Brittney w/property management company was a pleasure to work with. Very friendly and accommodating in helping with the reservation. Good communication, helpful information, great attitude. The listing was accurate. Wonderful property. Wish we could stayed longer. We’ll be back, for sure!

Great condo but beach is a walk now unfortunately

We loved staying here. Lots of room, very clean.The last time we stayed in this condo in August, we loved the ease of getting to the beach on either side. When we arrived this time, the beach is gone on the left side of the condo. Stairs are gone on that side. The beach on the right side which was much more closer to the condo was basically gone. We had to walk a few houses (that looked condemned due to either storm or erosion) to get to beach. This was disappointing as it felt like we were almost cut off from the beach which is why we chose this condo in the first place. If you want to get to the beach you can, you will have to walk a few houses down to get there.

Very nice!

We were scheduled to stay here the week after Hurricane Helene. The property manager was very responsive and offered to let us stay at another property if there was damage to this townhome even though we didn't buy the insurance. We were able to stay here and loved it. The place was very clean and well kept. We loved being right on the water and saw dolphins every day but one. Beautiful sunsets from the decks. Not a huge beach, but that is clear from the photos. The only small problem was the lack of beach towels. We have rented quite a few beach homes that have always had beach towels available. Not a big deal but wish we knew it so we didn't have to buy them. Everything else was perfect!

I really wanted to enjoy this property but we were the unfortunate ones that were staying here when the air went out and it couldn’t be fixed. I can overlook the rotten watermelons that were left on the outside deck, the wobbly railing on the top deck(don’t lean on it or you may fall), or the stains on the couches. The location was great but the shells around the place and in the water were hard to navigate. Wear shoes at all times. What I could not get past is the unit’s air conditioning went out (it was humid and clearly not working great when we got there….they had to have known this was a problem) and we had to be moved to a new place. I’m thankful for this but it wasn’t beach front and it was a long way from csb. It took half a day for the new place to be ready so with waiting and moving we missed half of one of our days. They asked us what we thought was fair compensation and we did the math and asked for $330. This equaled to the time we were displaced. They credited us $100 and stopped responding. It was a disappointing week and the management company was not fair with us and our troubles. I won’t use a property managed by them again.

Most amazing location!

The location of this unit is unbeatable. Beach access is literally right at your doorstep. The house was amazing. Even bigger and roomier than the pictures. Well furnished and equipped. Great kitchen and bathrooms and the balconies are unbeatable. Had an amazing time with our dog and it felt like we had the entire beach to ourselves most of the stay. Will definitely be returning thank you so much!

Great location

We’ve been vacationing on the Cape for many years and this is by far my favorite location. You can’t get any closer to the water which was wonderful. The property could have been cleaner in my opinion. The balcony was dirty (old clumps of pet hair and candy wrappers), the blinds in the living area were covered in something brown and the sofa cushions were stained.

Cruise ship view

We have stayed in other units in this same location and enjoyed the views, sunrises and sunsets. Have always wanted to stay in this end unit with all the extra windows, but mostly the extra large deck with the swing and steps down to beach! Finally happened and absolutely no regrets. We will hopefully be able to reserve it in the future.

Very Clean and comfortable

We arrived and were pleasantly surprised with the condo. Very modern and clean. We were disappointed with the grill as we went down to use it and it was very rusted and the propane tank was missing. Chose to cook inside for the remainder of vacation. Property manager very communicative, unfortunately had to evacuate a day early due to Hurricane heading to area, however property manager informed us we would receive a refund for night we would not be there. Very grateful for this! Thank you

directly on the beach

We loved the convenance of this rental! Cap san blas is a low key, not crowded, relaxing, beautiful beach to visit! We sooo enjoyed being there and plan to go back. We brought down our fishing boat and fishe3d on the bay side in the mornings, then relaxed on the beach in the evenings. we cooked in the room and waws able to ride into Port St. Joet (11 min) for dinner and shopping. Loved everything about this place!!

Amazing waterfront location

We loved how the townhome sat almost over the water. That was a first and really neat to hear and see the waves crashing right in front of you. Home looked as described online and was a great option since we were only going for a long weekend and most places made you rent for a week minimum. Downsides were that they don’t seem to have cable with local channels, linens provided were pretty bad and they had signs telling you if you stained them you would be charged, and it looked like cleaners had probably raced through prior to our arrival. Dishwasher was still full of dishes, popcorn randomly on kitchen counter and floors were pretty sandy. Not terrible things but makes you question how well it was cleaned. I would recommend putting rugs at all entrances to wipe your feet and not track in more sand.
